This place was just dirty and nasty , water stains on the ceiling, trash in the pkl, hall carpet just dirty, toilet had to be manually filled, the carpet in the room was so soiled that my feet left impressions on the shower tub from the dirt in the carpet I Will. NOT use this place again.
This place is really ran down. Rooms are big, definitely don't feel safe with the people that stay here. Not at all like the pictures that they post.
Trash rooms. Mold everywhere. Rude owner who lives there. Pool will never be open. Breakfast trash. Tv trash. Cheapest around for obvious reasons.
Reminds of a bus station bathroom in Mexico. Even the towels were dirty.
Yucko! It looks nothing like the online photos. The pool is supposedly "being cleaned" but not really. Looks like it hadn't been touched in years.
Yucko!
The room was dirty, the sheets and pillow cases were stained, the fridge had old food stains inside it, the bathtub was covered in stains and dirt. It was overall my worst experience in a hotel.
Very old and unclean. Not a pleasant experience. Price was too high also.
My check-in was ok. He was nice, friendly and polite. On the way to the room I immediately thought, oh boy, I've made a horrid decision. There were totally sketch people around the dumpster. The hallway to get to the room was dirty, dark, dank and I wasnt surre what I would find for a room? The room smelled like a skunk just sprayed. There was mold on the ceiling above my head while in the shower. The table wasn't clean for me to sit and eat dinner. I would never recommend this hotel or stay there again. The pictures on Hotels.com look great. This is a lie. Oh and the center courtyard is a giant concrete floor not a pool.
I’ll start by saying the shower was decent and the bed was comfortable. However, there were holes in the curtains, walls, and doors. There was mold in the shower and around the toilet. The bed mattress protector was absolutely nasty (as I discovered it after our night or would have left)! I realize this was an economy booking, but there is no way I should be paying to stay in a place in this condition. It shouldn’t pass health inspection. Lesson learned. Whew!
The front desk guy was nice and when I brought my concerns to him visibly shaken trying not to cry. He refunded me no questions asked, refund is still pending to be rerurned to my act.
Everything, location was sketchy, sketchy people hanging outside, run down, dirty, smelly, just a horrendous expeirence. Not what I was expecting.
Other location are not like this.
My daughter and I walked in the room didn't touch anything and was like absoultely not! Didn't even bring my stuff in.
The exterior of the building looked like maybe there were some renovations going on. There was cigarette butts and trash all over the grounds outside of the building. The inside of the building smelled like mold and mildew. The bedding was extremely broken down. The fridge didn’t work, neither did the cold water. Upon check-in, we were promptly greeted by a clerk who didn’t speak English very well. Upon check-out there was no one to voice our concerns to
Beds were clean and comfortable
Definitely a very nasty area outside and inside hallways. No pool and breakfast area was not kept up. Outside building looked like a vacant building
Not much staff nice
Pool closed didnt say so online booking couldn't hang clothes up rack falling out of wall towel rack in bathroom hanging off wall toilet paper holder on bath bench because broken out of wall couldn't take a tub bath no stopper in top hand to hold sprayer to take shower not attached to wall, we were just too tired to go anywhere else
Cold shower, pool not working, property needs remodeling
Staff was friendly, but the hotel is in horrible conditions.
The pool is closed and the breakfast was very sad, lukewarm coffee....
Rundown facility. Too far to walk to our room. We had an accessible room which amounted to a shower chair that was too big to fit into the tub/shower. We came back after being out all day and my key wouldn’t work. I took the long walk up to the desk and there was no one up there. There was a sign that the manager was working in the back, unfortunately I didn’t notice his cell phone number(my fault) on the sign to contact him. I was frantic, I tried calling the motel number which wasn’t answered. Finally after running back and forth a few times there was a lady picking up mail there that pointed out the phone number. I called, I know he was busy, but he acted annoyed that I was bothering him. I told him about the card keys and he basically blamed me saying that I must have got the cards next to my cell phone as if I should know not to do this. I guess this deprograms them. He gave me new cards. I think either come up with a better key system or at least let customers know not to put them near your cell phone. Also the pool was being renovated which was not mentioned in the booking. It was on a sign on the front desk, but could have been mentioned when we checked in. I noticed that no one was swimming, but did not see a sign on the entrances to the pool indicating that the pool was closed. I don’t know what was wrong with it but it’s a good thing we didn’t get into it. There was overflowing trash by the dumpster which was eventually picked up the next day. The lighting was bad
