Sheets, blankets were extremely dirty
The pizza in the bar was much better than anticipated and the girl working the bar was excellent. However, the two that checked me in could use some customer service. And a smile goes a long way. Unfortunately, neither acted liked they were glad to be there at work, or take care of the person checking in. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay, albeit just over night.
See above.
It was in good location
The Internet ruined my laptop when I logged on
Pool was nice
The room was so dirty and the bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. When taking a shower the drain didn’t drain and had to have maintenance come in and sneak the drain twice and still didn’t work. He laughed and said lots of hair.. either way it was disgusting and I took a shower at my family’s place so I didn’t have to hop in that gross shower.
The beds were quite comfortable.
The breakfast was inferior.
Location. Staff was great. Room was clean
Nothing was bad
Its big and spacious hotel thats about it.
Staff was grumpy and rude. Place stank and very dated facilities and environment. Just overall feels sticky and gross. Room also stank and everything feels old and gross needs serious renovations.
Staff were very friendly. Hotel looks really nice when you walk in. Rooms were clean for the most part, just some minor stains on some sheets. Nothing bad though
The facility has a good location, an indoor pool, games, pool table, air hockey, table tennis and a nice sitting area. I was impressed by the size of the open indoor area.
I used to be a room inspector for a Wyndham resort near my home. So I tend to notice things. The shower dispensers of soap and shampoo were nearly empty, the walls in the shower had hair on it, the shower curtain allowed water to puddle on the floor(slip/fall hazard), the shower clogged and didn't drain till the giant wad of hair removed from the drain(my hair is less than 1in long), bathroom was not presented well and the towels were mismatched. Our room was in desperate need of updated furnishings. Looks like the 70s threw up. The beds were made well. But the blanket was as thin as the sheets. And a sheet used as a dust cover over the blanket? The elevator provided an anxiety fueled rush, with its scarey noises and frightening lurch to a stop. When it reached the forth floor there was a loud snapping sound that one should not here in an elevator. The wifi appeared to be out on our floor as I only had 1 bar of reception. That wasn't much of an issue as the cell signal was maxed.
I will say the staff were quick to offer a new room and appeared to be genuinely concerned.
