Friendly staff who take care of their customer in a very nice city.
Pros:

The room was a nice size for myself and my daughter. It was nice to have adjoining rooms as my son was there too. Linens fresh. All worked except for toilet handle flush but this was fixed promptly.

Cons:

The bolt on my son's bedroom was broken and we reported that. Too much street noise all night long. A/C fan very noisy.

The stay was okay, but the unexpected additional breakfast charges were disappointing.
Cons:

I booked two rooms for our stay but accidentally forgot to include two guests per room with breakfast. When we arrived at check-in, the front desk staff informed me that I had to pay extra for breakfast for the other two guests. I ended up paying the additional charges. Although I understand that I made a mistake during the booking process, I was disappointed with the unexpected extra cost.

DO NOT STAY HERE, DISGUSTING CATFISH HOTEL
Pros:

The man at the front desk named steve was extremely acomodating and extremyl embarassed as he was the only representitive on site at the time we arrived after aftershock ended.

Cons:

Me and my girlfriend ended up sleeping in our car for the first night of aftershock outside the hotel becasue we were completely disgusted and too uncomfortable to sleep in the rooms. The 2 rooms we had been offered after seeing how filthy the first one was, also ended up being extremely dirty and had multiple white crusty stains on walls and floors, a white hand print on the head board of the first room, each bed had multiple different hairs on or in it, all the side tables, sinks and showers looked insanely unclean and lots of unknown smudges or stains, including a red mark in the sheets looking like wiped blood. We had booked this room back months ago and expected a easy accomodating stay and were met with 3 different room sthat left us feeling dirtier than when we had entered, so much so we ended up staying somewhere else.

Pros:

Everything went very well except the door on the back did not work. My room was located right there. I had to go all the way to the front to get in. That was an inconvenience.

We enjoyed it.

I will definitely stay here again when the time comes. The room was cleaned and comfortable and the staff was very nice.

Property is old and something's need a makeover, but the main reason for bad review was the homeless hanging out in the hotel as well as around the property
