Absolutely loved our balcony room with beachfront access to the beautiful ocean waves!
Pros:

The location was great, the live music in the anchor bar was fun and the room was very clean.

Cons:

Wish the hot tub was a Jacuzzi, carpet in hallways of Hotel was in need to replacement which we heard was in progress soon. Tile is missing from around the hot tub area. Cushions in anchor bar lounge area are faded and needing to be replaced.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly but the hotel did not meet expectations for a Wyndham

It needs major renovations. Room had multiple water stains on ceiling, bathroom was small and outdated, hallways were dingy, even though the rooms appeared clean they felt dirty.

Cons:

Lets see, only one working elevator (2nd one has been broke for years now), they now charge $10 per day parking, want to charge $80 to check in at 3pm instead of 4 pm! Room - just terrible upkeep, bad caulk in bathroom, stained tub, shower curtain lot long enough for curved bar, incredibly uncomfortable couch, non working blow dryer. Every day Had to get the keycard "recharged" so it would open the door. SO that was frustrating as crud, since there was only one working elevator!

On the beach, lovely access pool, great outside bar facility - the family enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

It stinks of weed in the common areas - there's someone working there that is permanently smoking in the back areas somewhere - or they have a fire they didn't put out. The restaurant food was nice, but being charged a group rate because we're 6 people is a little ridiculous when 3 of us are under 10 years old... The furniture outside has long since needed replacing - the couches are missing feet, the tables are wobbly - it could do with a little maintenance.

The beachfront access and the pool was nice even though we couldn’t get in due to weather, the staff are very friendly and super helpful.

Cons:

Just the room that was given to us, they did upgrade our room due to issues with the original,but it was the night of our check out so we only got to enjoy it for awhile but they did give us late checkout to make up for it which was nice of them

I dont think wyndham manages this Hotel.

Cons:

Elevators were out of order , no towels in our room , dog feces in the hallways,the property was in bad need of maintenance. Our A.C. unit was dripping water in our room . Also the the American flag flying on property was tattered beyond recognition.It costs very little to replace . they can do better.

100% Health hazards here including black mold and scary building construction.

I liked the location and view from balcony.

Cons:

I didint like that i jad to wait 40 minutes to check in and after checking in being told that i had to wait about 5-10 minutes for for 1 of my 5 rooms to be ready which actually took an hour to be ready. I also didn’t like that 2 out of the rooms the AC was not working properly. We also found ants in the room, and the doors to the balcony were difficult to open and close.

location is great. overpriced stay for mediocre very run down hotel

Very late check in. Room right at the elevator. Ice machine was gross. Room was meh. Not enough towels. Still had to pay to park on property. Inexperienced people at front desk.
