Ein Hotel für fitte Urlauber mit Vor- und Nachteilen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war nicht so groß aber ausreichend und es war von allem da. Die Zimmer waren groß genug, das Bad war etwas klein. Die Lage war eigentlich überragend an einem Berg gelegen mit Blick auf Mittenwald und die Berge. Der Weg vom Ort zum Hotel war zu Fuß sehr beschwerlich und für ältere Menschen fast nicht zu bewältigen. Daher war für diese Personengruppe nur das Fahrzeug von Nutzen. Für Behinderte ist das Hotel völlig ungeeignet. Für Wanderungen ist das Hotel top geeignet. In der Nähe befindet sich ein See und viele Wanderwege.

Cons:

Im Hotel ging das Fernsehen nur begrenzt. Erst am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes wurde Einstellung der Sender getätigt. Der Tresor war überhaupt nicht zu benutzen, da defekt.

nowhere close to 200 per night
Pros:

that is a typical for this area "absence of a customer service", not coffee in the morning, the caffee machine accepts , of course, only coins, sauna is not bookable "on arrival date", no fridge in the appartment and the top of it - reception that works till 12 midday.

Pros:

Super ruhige Lage über Mittenwald mit traumhaftem Blick. Die Innenstadt ist trotzdem zu Fuß in 15min erreichbar. Der Self Check In Assistent, der vor der Anreise per Link zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, war super und kannte ich so noch nicht. Alle relevanten Infos über Hotel, Anreise bis zur Keybox wurden sehr übersichtlich und kompakt wie eine Art Anleitung step by step präsentiert und vorgelesen. Das war sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war auch perfekt, alles was man braucht liebevoll zusammengestellt, vom frischen Obstsalat bis zu Eiergerichten alles dabei. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber.

Hôtel « traditionnel » avec une âme chaleureuse
Pros:

Bien que la réception soit fermée en début d’après-midi, le code reçu par email permet un accès très facile. Toutes les explications (avec photos) sont communiquées à l’avance.
La décoration donne un air familial et agréable à l’hôtel. Chambre impeccable. Petit déjeuner superbe.
Situé dans les hauts de Mittenwald, la vue est magnifique, mais il faut tenir compte de l’ effort physique pour descendre en ville 10 min à pieds (et remonter !) . Petite ville typique avec des restaurants et magasins.
Plusieurs randonnées possibles au départ de l’ hôtel. Vous recevez une carte pour, entre autre, un trajet gratuit en télésiège vers Kransberg.

Cons:

Le Parking est PETIT ! et accessible par des escaliers en haut de l’hôtel.

Gebrauchsanweisung im Bad wäre sehr nützlich!

Das Upgrade ohne Mehrkosten

Cons:

Dass im Bad keine Anleitung ist, wie die Dusche und der Waschbeckenablauf zu bedienen sind.
Da wir nachts angekommen sind und nicht wussten, wie diese sehr spezielle Ausstattung zu bedienen ist, mussten wir dies erst langwierig über WhatsApp mit dem Hotel klären.
Nach dieser Prozedur war es allerdings für das Duschen schon zu spät da wir sehr müde waren.
Das hat und sehr geärgert.

Angenehmer und wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Außergewöhnlich sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Schöne und gemütliche Ausstattung. Gemütliches, weiches Bett. Wunderschöne Aussicht und leckeres Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal, dass einem bei Fragen immer weiterhilft und auch super Tipps für Restaurantempfehlungen, Aktivitäten etc. gibt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte etwas umfangreicher für den Preis sein können.
