Definitely recommend this hotel
Pros:

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was within walking distance of the museums and monuments, restaurants, bars, and gift shop that we went to. It was clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. Jenelyn and Robert made the stay extra special by teaching about the Metro system that we had never used before. They were very helpful and patient explaining every detail. They celebrated our success when we got back and told them it was very easy to use the Metro system with their explanation. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Pros:

Room was dusty and water pressure was low. No microwave. Remote cover was broken, with batteries exposed which was dangerous for my toddler. Food in the hotel restaurant was very dry.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect — close to everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and all amenities worked well. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Great access to many attractions. Room was clean and quiet. The only complaints would be that the bed is literally inches from the air conditioner so it blows right in your face all night, the shower constantly dripped, and the tv had horrible reception.
