Sehr gute Lage!
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter!
In der nahegelegenen öffentlichen Tiefgarage bestehen Möglichkeiten, E-Auto quasi kostenlos zu laden (man zahlt dann nur die Parkgebühr.

Cons:

Frühstücksbüffet eher 'übersichtlich'.

Super komfortabel in optimaler Lage.
Pros:

Lage top, konnte alles zufuß erreichen, obwohl ich nicht sooo gern tippele.

Für Übernachtungen zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Mitten drin in Kultur und Geschichte. Das Hotel an sich ist clean, aber einladend ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, alles da, was man braucht; größes Bad. Minibar, Safe.
Obwohl das Hotel "mittendrin" liegt, war es nachts nicht zu laut. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Cons:

Enttäuscht war ich etwas vom Frühstück. Es wurde in den Bewertungen sehr gelobt. Nun ja, es war halt ein Frühstück.
Brot, Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Rühreier, Eier, Obst und Saft. Das für 21 € pro Person. Das lohnt sich dann wirklich nur für "Extremfrühstücker". Mit reicht dann eher ein Frühstück im Cafe nebenan. Das muss aber jeder für sich entscheiden.

Nicht zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Innenstadt und Zoo sind fußläufig erreichbar. Unter dem Hotel (Petersbogen) befindet sich eine große Tiefgarage. Das war es leider auch schon mit den positiven Dingen.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer lief weder das Waschbecken noch die Dusche richtig ab. Es konnte nur eine Person mit wenig Wasser duschen, dann lief diese auch schon über. Es brauchte fast 20-30 Minuten bis das wieder weg gesickert ist. Es kam dabei viel Dreck hoch, der nicht von uns stammte.
Wir haben das gleich am zweiten Tag morgens gemeldet, man hat sich entschuldigt und wollte sich kümmern. Als wir abends wiederkamen war nichts passiert. Die Zimmer werden nur alle 4 Tage gereinigt. Da geht irgendwann das WC-Papier aus. Auf Bitte dieses nachzulegen wurde auch nicht reagiert.
Wir trafen den Hoteldirektor, der sich um den defekten Fahrstuhl kümmerte und haben ihm die Situation geschildert. Zumindest die Dusche lief danach wieder ab.
Für das Frühstück werden 21€ verlangt. Es ist keine 5€ wert. Billigste Wurst und Käse, kaum Auswahl, einfach nur schlecht.
Ich habe früher viel in NH Hotels übernachtet, so ein schlechtes Hotel habe ich lange nicht gesehen.
Ich kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Clean, elegant, dog-friendly hotel in the city center
Pros:

Perfect location, right opposite the amazing Rathaus, a lot of attractions are in walking distance. Great park in the neigbourhood, which is an advantage when you travel with dogs. Nice gift package in the room for the fury friends :)
