The room was very comfortable, but most of all I want to give a shout out to two incredible employees. Nancy and Joseph, I had an issue and they were so helpful and never got rude, they are high point, and as long as they are there MCM will be my hotel spot. Give them 💯. Thanks guys, y'all are the bomb diggity. Kudos

Room was clean, room was serviced when called.

Pool was good, although there was many unattended children at the jacuzzi area and also in the sauna room.


On multiple occasions we witnessed alot of children out and about at 6:45a eat breakfast alone and it brakes my heart. Looked no more than 10/11 yrs old. Super mature though,


On Sunday when the stitch performer for breakfast came to take pictures with children I saw an unattended child put his whole hand in the pot, looked like soup? I immediately let the older gentleman that was serving aware, although I didn’t see that he put it away or anything. Gross.


Also, housekeeping lady’s kept smoking right in front of my non smoking room, it was really upsetting as I have asthma and not just that I also had my child with me.


Other than that, room was good.
