Pros:

Cons:

My dog was barking when maids walked by and I kept getting calls about him because of this. Then I was told my last day wasn’t booked when the front desk lady told me it was for the last day & they were trying to move my room when I was in two towns over. Then I was charged more than any other day for the last day. Crazy. My sink didn’t drain, the fridge didn’t keep the food cold (had to toss out at least $100 in stuff I could have brought back, the bathroom handle kept falling off. Won’t be coming back to this hotel for my early trip ever again.

Cons:

There was no air. There was a water cooler, but it was not on. The room was 90° when we checked in, and didn’t cool off til 4 am!

Didn’t feel safe. Had to leave for safety reasons
Pros:

Clean and close to Highway.

Cons:

Drug deals, sketchy people in and out of the property and parking lot, and in the hallways. Someone tried to come in our ground floor window. No way to lock ground floor windows

Pros:

The staff was very courteous

Cons:

The bed I slept on was so loud and made so many creeps. Every time I moved I woke up. It was a king size bed, and I had to sleep up by the pillows in a little corner. It was not the best.

It was a freezing cold hallway maze, our family of 6 needed two rooms we were put on opposite ends of the building. I booked and prepaid a day in advance, we got there pretty late (12-1am), not one at the desk so I ding the bell, wait, yell hello, wait, nothing, I use the restroom come back and still no one, I yell hello louder, nothing, it’s late, we drove 13 hrs with a one year old…. I’m crabby. So I call… and this guy literally walks out from behind the wall at the front desk. Carpets were crusty, there was no channel menu for the tv. Just… stay somewhere better in grand junction or something

Pros:

Location was good. Liked being able to get coffee and something to eat before leaving in the morning.

Cons:

Noone made up our room so when we got back to the room after the funerals in Hayden we had no clean towels to shower that night or in the morning before we left.
