Pros:

My stay was, as always, exceptional. An excellent stay from start to finish! In fact, I checked in again 2 days later when I determined I would need to be in town a bit longer. The management team is warm and professional. Housekeeping was lovely and accommodating. The nice lady maintaining the dining area was so helpful.

Cons:

That I couldn't afford to keep a room year round such as to come and go at my leisure :}

The location was very helpful. The staff is very good. Breakfast is included. And it was quiet.

Don’t trust the parking and the help desk
Pros:

It was clean, the beds were comfortable

Cons:

I arrived close to midnight with two children. I had called about an hour before our arrival, and it would have been helpful if I had been informed then that there was no parking available at the hotel.

When we arrived, the parking lot was completely full, and I was told to park about a 4-minute walk away near the Outback restaurant. Traveling alone with two kids and, this was very inconvenient. I couldn’t take our staff from the car.

I also asked for toothbrushes at the front desk, but none were available.

Breakfast was fine, but overall I was disappointed by the parking situation and the lack of advance notice or assistance.

Bed was super comfy. Hilton used to b a top notch hotel. If this place was a person, it would b Norma Desmond. Past it's prime & beginning to show it's age.

Cons:

Called to let them know I would b arriving at 12:30a. Drove 9 hrs in from AZ. At 77 th long drive really did me in. Upon arrival, th computer was rebooting or something so I couldn't get checked in. I sat in th lobby dead tired for an hour. Had to park in a red zone cuz parking lot totally full. When computer finally came up, now a key couldn't b made so Paola had to open door for me. Now I couldn't go out to bring in my things cuz I didn't hav a room key to get back in.
I survived but I'll NEVER stay at Hampton Inn ever again. Room didn't hav a microwave, which I thot strange.
I'v used Booking.com b4 & never had trouble w/a reservation.
I realize it was a computer glitch, but I was beyond tired & became a Karen.
