I was very surprised to receive an invoice that includes a tourist tax, even though I never checked in or stayed at the hotel.
My flight was canceled at the last minute due to circumstances beyond my control, so I was unable to arrive. I also submitted a request asking you to waive the no-show charge and refund any payment, given the exceptional situation.
Charging a tourist tax for a stay that never took place is incorrect and misleading.
