Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. I liked that our rooms were adjoining. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pool area seemed clean and all but the water was green. No one would swim in it. I got a hotel with a pool so we could swim.

Clean room and comfy bed but needs to improve managing disruptions more efficiently.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable . Pillows comfortable too.

Cons:

A little outdated. Grounds needs more maintenance. Bathroom faucet needs to be replaced.. more towels and soap would be appreciated. Breakfast needs improvement.
The worst was couple in next room was disrupting all night arguing, yelling and banging walls loud. Phone in the room does not work. Front desk employee was kind and professional. However, I was told they were gonna get a warning and if a second incident ocurre the police would be called. It took three times me calling front desk for the police to be called. First call before midnight and last incident, that couple woke me up screaming at 3 am. After police intervened I was able to get some sleep. Hotel did gave a discount as a courtesy due to incident.

99% excelente. A única coisa ruim é o Ar Condicionado, que faz muito barulho e sopra em cima da cama
Pros:

Todas as instalações estavam novas e bem mantidas... o Café da Manhã foi muito bom... o atendimento foi bom e está disponível 24 horas... máquina de gelo no local... o preço estava excelente pelo que o hotel oferece.

Cons:

A única coisa que não gostei foi do Ar Condicionado, faz muito barulho e sopra na cama, porque está afixado na parede próximo ao chão e no rumo da cama... Ou seja, o barulho é alto e o vento é frio em cima da pessoa... Se trocarem o Ar Condicionado por Mini Split Inverter, o Hotel fica Perfeito...
