the location was nice. the beds were comfy and the staff were very very nice and helpful.

Cons:

needed to be renovated. almost all the wallpaper in our room was falling off the wall or bubbled. the shower looked very old and unclean.

Pool area should offer towels right there
Although the restaurant was a nice touch, people still love to go down to the breakfast area and have a roll. Donut. Muffin. Or toast. We like yogurt and bananas and milk and juice.
Air conditioner in room 238 especially not good. Was so hot. We had to go to walmart and get fans. And cleanliness needs to be better. So much dust and filth under the beds. Area to the right of the elevator on the second floor where theres two love seats had the same over flowing garbage can for the 2 days we were there. Your a well known change. Your inside vibe has got to be better

It was okay, nice people.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Went the extra mile to assist us.

Cons:

The toilets water all too low, even the one in the handicapped accessible public restroom. For a person that has mobility issues that is a big problem.

Good staff, terrible facilities
Pros:

First: the second star is for the staff and their service. Otherwise this would be a one star review because the facility is godawful.

The facility is NOT up to modern standards, especially when the traveler is paying almost $250 per night.
1. One elevator a huge distance from the main entrance.
2. Every toilet is child sized and none are handicap friendly.
3. No coffee service available during the day.
4. This is a convention center and there will be hundreds of people there you weren’t expecting.
5. The pool is a noisy apocalypse that is impossible to have conversation in.
6. The rooms are impossibly crowded with pointless furniture making it impossible to move around or have friends in without them sitting on the bed.
7. Few working ice machines.
8. Poor signage to figure out how to get to the entrance.
9. Wi-Fi so poor that it might as well not be available. Couple that with having to join IHG spam service to get to the WiFi it’s a really sore point.
I could say more but I am tired of.

Very disappointed
Pros:

The staff and location was good

Cons:

The toilet wouldn’t flush and the phone didn’t work. So we were moved to another room. The bathroom in the second room was filthy, we couldn’t shower. Shampoo was left from previous guest. The microwave was dirty on the outside, it didn’t look like the floors were swept or vacuumed.

Love the staff and loved the room!
Pros:

How friendly and accommodating the front desk host was as well as the bartender in the restaurant. Everyone was chill and nice!

Cons:

That the pool didn’t open at 7. This was due to the maintenance man evidently taking the pool gate key home by accident. But he eventually showed up and we got at least an hour in before checkout.

Pros:

We love this hotel . We stop every year on the way home to Iowa from Idaho .

Cons:

Leaving the pool and hot tub open till a later time during the week . We traveled 12 hours and was looking forward to soaking to relax . Breakfast choices not great
