The location was great and liked the style of the hotel
There was some mildew in the shower
Manager cancelled my reservation after seeking to rely on hotel policies looking for further up front payments, only rated as bad, as there was no awful option. This change in hotel policy affected two other groups of guests whilst I was attempting check in.
Manager has no dispute resolution skills, citing contradictory information, rude and resorted to shouting at me and several other guests, not a good first experience of the city
excenllent, clean, and being in the main lobby was exciting with the games of FIFA World Cup.
all things were great
Location
We arrived at 2 o’clock in the morning. Our room wasn’t available with two beds for me and my son. They put us into a room that had no Air-conditioning no hot water and had a pull out couch which was not fit for purpose. They rectified this on the second day and put us into a room, which is the one that we paid for but this is very unsatisfactory. I asked to have the first night refunded and they said they couldn’t because we’d already paid bookings.com
The cost of the hotel was really high. I had to go to Boston for an event and no hotel is worth $500 a night.
Staff was courteous. Location to public transportation was great.
No windows in the room was kind of strange. Hot breakfast would have been nice. Should have been advertised as “continental” breakfast.
location and area in Boston , right next to tram stop
Bed comfortable
Room cleaned every day , cleaner excellent
Breakfast was basic but ok
some of the rooms are a bit dated and could do with refurb
Windows dont open
The location was great for us and the parking was plentiful. The room was a good size.
The bed was really hard , painful to sleep on and the linens insufficient for sleeping (no comforter or blanket available). There was no way to adjust the temperature as it’s all centrally controlled. We stayed in a townhouse and the light was coming in through the blinds/shades on the door that exits to the ‘porch’ and also through the windows.
The rooms were clean comfortable and convenient.
The breakfast wasn’t very good and the hotel was way out of Boston It was full
Of football fans.
The room was clean.
staff don't speak english, so they could not answer any request.
The breakfast was insulting, both in the form and manner of serving and in filling the lack of ingredients.
On the second day, they did not put out consumables, no tea cups, no tea bags, no soap, and they did not empty the trash cans. In short, there was no proper service for a hotel.
Great location for the city
Good location for Brookline and very close to public transport into Boston.
1. The breakfast is essentially a selection of carbohydrates. 2. There is a security deposit which staff say will be reversed within “3-5” business days. It is $50 per day. 3. No Ethernet, only wifi.
Very nice hotel, clean and very modern.
Staff very friendly
Close to train stop which is a short journey into city centre
Not knowing what time of day it was as we chose an inside room
Comfortable bed and great staff
The breakfast is woeful. It is just a mass of carbohydrates. The heat in the room was way too high.
It was clean and beds were soft
The breakfast was the most basic I have ever seen in a hotel.
Our biggest problem was the air conditioning not working in our room and we told staff and it was looked at but not fixed so we moved room for second night to then find out air conditioning in new room wasn’t working right either. Told staff and it was reset that night and we got cold air for 30mins before it broke down again! We ended up getting it rest set 5 times in two day to try and get room colder. When we had finally had enough and lack of sleep was getting to us we asked to change room for final night we were then told there were none available as most the hotel had asked for late check outs. We had a friend also staying in hotel and we when to there room to see what it was like and it was like an ice box!! So frustrating
