Great stay in Brookline/Boston
Pros:

The location was perfect; walking distance to various shops, great cafes and restaurants in Brookline. The hotel has parking garage but also there were a plenty of street parking option. The room was clean and spacious, and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It was not clear how to use the garage (using the room key to get out, and there was a direct access to the hotel from the garage) but it was not a big deal.

Good location for our hospital visit.
Pros:

Our room (290) was very nice, and had a window - I noticed so many rooms didn't have any exterior windows at all!

Cons:

The plan of the hotel was so strange, with exterior windows in the corridors instead of the bedrooms!
My real complaint was the breakfast. Nice to have it included, but for the price of the rooms, one expects a bit of fruit, maybe some yogurt, at a bare minimum some cream cheese for the bagels!

A szálloda elhelyezkedése.

Cons:

A szállás teljes összegének a kifizetése mellett, a check-in során további 400 USD- t foglalnak le, melyet elviekben 3 munkanapon belül feloldanak a check-out időpontjától számítottan,, de sajnos ez nem így történt (azóta három hét telt el)

Némelyik szobának az ablaka a folyosóra nyílik, ezáltal sötét. Érdemes lakosztályt foglalni, ahol az ablakok az utcára nyílnak.

Great location & value for money in Boston. Recommended.
Pros:

Great location in genteel Brookline, a few minutes walking distance from Coolidge Corner/Harvard St shops & restaurants/cafes. The C line tram to/from Boston proper stops directly opposite the hotel. Spacious rooms. Free continental breakfast, the filter coffee was fresh and plentiful. Parking garage in the basement.

Cons:

We booked 2 Tower Rooms with Beacon St views for 16 nights, requested/confirmed adjoining. On check in the hotel was full and our rooms were neither adjoining nor Beacon St views, on a lower floor. It seems short term stays and the earliest check ins get better views and higher floors. After a week were were able to switch one of the rooms to Beacon St view. Otherwise the customer service was fine.

Experiencia nefasta: mala higiene, mucho ruido y peor servicio.

la ventilación inexistente, el ruido constante, que no hicieran la cama ni limpiado, el desayuno de pésima calidad, que no saben idiomas.
