It was a great spot for where we were going but everything else was meh
Pros:

The room was clean, location was great

Cons:

The staff was not friendly...one person complained about his job saying he does too much here and gets paid very lil.
The Breakfast was ok, not much of a selection and the creamers and milk were empty.

Pros:

I have stayed here half a dozen times over the last 2 years, great location, close to T, near food and shops in Coolidge Corner, very safe area to walk around, even at night.

Cons:

Breakfast is good if you get there before 8 am, it sucks after 9 am, nothing left except bagels. Need to spend a little more on breakfast or don't have it at all.

Overall, our stay was very nice and the room was comfortable
Cons:

Thought the hallways and common areas were very dark. The carpeting and the lighting in the hallways to the rooms made it seem very gloomy.

Wonderful Hotel with a wonderful staff and a wonderful location!
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights while visiting the area for accepted student's day for Boston University and had a wonderful experience. The check in staff late at night was very friendly and underground parking garage is convenient and safe. The rooms are clean, comfy, and very accessible. The continental breakfast in the morning has a decent variety of fruit, cereal, and baked goods. The location cannot be beat. The C line subway is directly outside the hotel which runs directly into the Government Center station which is in the heart of Boston and will transfer you to anywhere you want to go. Or you can walk to BU campus in 15-20 minutes if you so choose. A special shoutout to Alberto the manager who was very friendly and asked me if I was a new BU father and congratulated me on this fact. We will certainly be returning here whenever we come to see our BU student!

Pros:

Location is fantastic, many restaurants very near and tram station across the street. Gym is big and well equipped. Comfortable room. Very close to Boston downtown

Cons:

I stayed 2 times at the hotel. First stay I had a weird noise coming from outside the room which bothered me at night. Second stay was perfect. Breakfast was OK but with no offer of whole wheat bread.

location is very convenient near MBTA line

Cons:

there was limited parking and it was for a fee. I booked this facility thinking because it was a little removed from the downtown area parking would not be a problem, but it was very limtied.

Who were spacious, modernly decorated, and the facilities were comfortable and welcoming

I loved how modern and bright it was. The blackout curtains are perfect to make you forget you're in the city and get a great night sleep

التنظيف لم يغيرون حتا مفارش السرير وفي حال التنظيف فقط ترتيب بدون تغيير المفارش رغم انه تم الحجز لمده خمسه ايام

I believe my room had been renovated/redone, and it was up to expectations.

Cons:

Upon check in, there were people who were checking out who said that they were checking out because their bathroom was moldy. That was slightly concerning for me especially as I was just about to check in.

Great location. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hallways and stairwells were dusty and needs vacuuming and a deep clean. Room could be cleaner. A bit dusty

Breakfast should be improved. Stayed three days and saw no variety to breakfast offerings. No bananas. No protein.
Limited juice varieties offered.
