Unruhiges Konferenzhotel.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels hat uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider wurde in der Lobby kein Kaffee und Tee, wie sonst üblich, zur Verfügung gestellt. Die durch zahllose Konferenzteilnehmer erzeugte Unruhe und Unordnung im Eingangsbereich des Hotels empfanden wir als sehr störend, genauso wie den allgemeinen Lärm von der Straße und dem Flughafen. Das ungesicherte WLAN war inakzeptabel.

A Purposeful Place
Pros:

This is a big hotel in the center of town, a block away from the river walk to The Falls. It is a property that feels old, yet loved, maintained and well managed. Ample free parking, both covered and not, is available. there is a large restaurant, pool and workout space in the lobby. It's busy - as if it IS the center. Plus dog friendly.

I didn’t get to have a good experience at all.
Pros:

The location and the view

Cons:

I got locked out of my room for 3 hours and wasn’t offered a different room. I am pregnant and it was very uncomfortable waiting in the hallway at 10pm waiting for them to get the door open.

Location was convenient, but I would not recommend it.
Pros:

Bed and pillows were comfortable

Cons:

The door to the balcony leaked, so the room was always cold. The jets on the whirlpool did not work. The accommodations were acceptable, but not worth the cost of a stay.

Great location, over paid for stay, bar was very expenise to have a drink, hotel was clean

I booked online and the price I was given was not the price I paid. I was over charged $85.00. We paid for breakfast and was not informed of times, it was over by 8 am.

Pros:

A classic hotel experience. Incredibly kind and responsive staff. Special mention to the restaurant: we arrived late and were exhausted, didn’t feel like going out, ordered room service, and were pleasantly surprised - very tasty, hearty dishes.

We had breakfast there as well - just note the portions are huge; our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, and we couldn’t finish everything, though it was all delicious.

Thanks for the great stay, everything was excellent!
