Location was convenient, but I would not recommend it.
Pros:

Bed and pillows were comfortable

Cons:

The door to the balcony leaked, so the room was always cold. The jets on the whirlpool did not work. The accommodations were acceptable, but not worth the cost of a stay.

Great location, over paid for stay, bar was very expenise to have a drink, hotel was clean

I booked online and the price I was given was not the price I paid. I was over charged $85.00. We paid for breakfast and was not informed of times, it was over by 8 am.

A classic hotel experience. Incredibly kind and responsive staff. Special mention to the restaurant: we arrived late and were exhausted, didn’t feel like going out, ordered room service, and were pleasantly surprised - very tasty, hearty dishes.

We had breakfast there as well - just note the portions are huge; our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, and we couldn’t finish everything, though it was all delicious.

Thanks for the great stay, everything was excellent!

Great service - super friendly. Staff went out of their way to pick us up at the airport in the middle of the night. THANK YOU - GREAT PLACE. We will certainly book again if we are back in Sioux Falls.

Nice hotel
Pros:

It was clean and close to what we were there for

Cons:

The area has lots of homeless people that approach everytime your outside.
Also, there's a 20% fee that is refundable when you check in but I had no idea about it

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel but were billed incorrectly when they had an issue at the bar and their system wasn’t working. We were charged $85 for two drinks. I contacted the property three times and left messages with out a return call.
