Comfy beds, great breakfast, great value

Everything was filthy. Everything had a layer of grime and debris. Room-wise: there was what appeared to be various body fluids throughout the living space (beds, floors, toilet, sink area.) It honestly didn’t even feel like it gets cleaned guest to guest.
All the upholstered furniture was peeling and shedding. We couldn’t sit in the chair in our room without black flakes of material sticking to our clothes.
The pool had actual algae.
The breakfast was barely nutritional and low effort. Next to no variety or interest.
I asked for a plastic bag for dirty laundry (typically provided in the room). And the worker said they didn’t have one, absolutely unconcerned. And when I inquired further for a larger-sized garbage bag that could act similarly, he replied in the negative before I even finished speaking. The man behind the desk in the suit had very poor customer service.
I would rather sleep in my car and get breakfast from a gas station than stay here again.
They also charge an extra $36 for any additional adult in the room, which our group didn’t know about beforehand.

It was a big room! And they were good about letting breakfast go a little later.

I had an extremely poor experience with a rude and inept desk clery.
I waited at an abandoned front desk for 20 min to report damage in my room to the desk clerk as a courtesy. She summarily accused, insulted and threatened me in front of a lobby full of people. She then attempted to charge my card repeatedly but I freeze my card for security and she was unable to do so. I left because the desk clerk was threatening me and making me feel uncomfortable. I immediately made a police report with Waukesha police department and will be disputing any and all charges from this hotel and leaving reviews accordingly based on my negative experience. I also have pictures and a video of this damage which is clearly a paper thin patch that was pushed in on the wall. The wall surrounding the damage was spongy to the point that you could push your finger through it as evidenced in the video.

I found the whole encounter to be demeaning and insulting. As a platinum member who has stayed in over a hundred hotel nights in a single year in 2025 without any issues this claim simply holds no water. If the Wyndham organization does not wish to compensate me and apologize for this unacceptable treatment I will no longer be staying with them in any capacity in the future.

Nothing . My experience was horrible

We didn’t stay longer than 30 minutes after checking in. The room felt dirty. Stains everywhere. Hair on the sheets and in the shower. Handprints on the mirror. We felt uncomfortable staying there so we left and found another room elsewhere.

The staff was friendly.

Breakfast was ok. Location was good

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful.

The front desk people were very helpful.
I had two minor problems with my room. The handle on my sink faucet needed tightening. The maintenance man fixed it in less than a minute. They also replaced two of the three bulbs over my sink. I'll be back!
