Front desk staff RUDE
Pros:

Property was fine

Cons:

Staff was unkind,I felt like I was “bothering” her anytime I needed assistance. I stopped asking. Went another hotel instead of staying an additional night.

Location; breakfast offerings

Cons:

A bit outdated. Room needs an interior resurfacing pro (holes and damages to wall). Has a small refrigerator located in a large cabinet that opens from opposing sides. No microwave. Need to turn on a bunch of lamps to get adequate lighting. Iron board doesn’t stand leveled. Carpet needs shampooing

Pros:

Derrick the front desk clerk was very helpful. I made a mistake with booking.com on my dates and he was more than helpful with helping me fix my problem. Also the bartender was by himself and took very good care of me and other patrons under the circumstances. To explain the weekend conditions, there was an ice storm warning

My stay was very good and staff were duper friendly.

I like how we get a cookie when you check in and there’s a restart in the hotel as well.

Pros:

Customer service when I arrived to the hotel was exceptional. However, when I checked into my room I noticed that my a/c did not work. Additionally, the bathroom door was broken, which caused me to keep getting stuck in the bathroom. The staff said they would call me to see what was wrong, however they never did.

Over all it was great first experience and would love to stay again if need in the future
Pros:

Great location from the event. First time in the city and the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

Cons:

Only issue was not being able to pay with a Canadian card though the site excepted it during the booking process. I’m glade the staff was able to help and accommodate
