The location of the hotel is great close to everything for shopping. You can even walk to store if you like
Things need to be upgraded room are starting to rust. My safety box in the room was broken Has rust and was coming out of the wall
The staff was friendly and the check-in process was easy. The location was convenient for getting around the Summerville area, and the room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.
The hotel felt a bit older and could use some updating in certain areas. While everything worked fine, the overall feel was a little dated compared to some other hotels.

Room had paint missing on doors, bathroom didn’t flush well, bathtub chipped paint, needs to be renovated, prefer breakfast to be self- serve

We had a renovated room that was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our bed was great. The location was excellent and easy to get into.
The breakfast was very disappointing and not good. The pillows were not comfortable. For some reason our key quit working and had to be fixed.
I liked that it was easy to access from the interstate. The front counter staff were nice. The air conditioner worked!!
Where to start?! Even tho I chose to pay at the hotel, Wyndham sent an email the morning of my stay letting me know they were cancelling my reservation due to nonpayment. This was after I did the online check-in process the night before, where I agreed to a small fee being placed on my card for verification purposes. Most other hotels place a penny charge. This hotel put a $31.96 charge! When I called and asked about the charge and the reservation, I was told their was a $75 deposit that is charged at time of booking. No where on this site does it state those words.
When we get to the room, my husband turned on the tv. We always look for a local channel, if available, for restaurants or shopping. There was no signal on the tv. This site says they offer free wifi. I thought I would
just look on my phone for ideas. To get to wifi, you have to sign up for their reward program! That means emails and/or texts that you really don’t want just to use advertised FREE wifi. Here’s the catch—if you stayed longer than 3 days, you had to pay for the wifi!! It was no longer free after 3 days! They didn’t advertise that part. Anyways, they have a phone number you can text if you have issues in your room. I texted about the tv not working. A few hours later, someone came to hook up the tv in our room.
The toilet in the bathroom continued flushing unless you wiggled the handle several times. The mattresses on the beds should have been replaced! They are awful! I’m also handicapped. They had their handicap spots taped off so you couldn’t park close to the door. It was just a horrible experience from start to finish! I will personally never stay at a Wyndham location ever again.
The breakfast was nice.
I didn't like the area it was in. There were lots of trash around hotel and it was sandwiched between two other hotels that were a little sketchy.
Great location near everything
It has a place and bar to eat and drink but there are so many rest near by that it’s very convenient
