Pros:

Nice people, clean great location, and get some good sleep. Breakfast wasn't just cereal. Egg, sausage biscuits and gravy. It was great.

Cons:

Couldn't get the air cool enough. But that's just me.

Summerville Stay
Pros:

Good price, close to restaurants and stores. Staff friendly. Nice cozy bar inside with good food. Breakfast good and price reasonable.. was impressed with the door sweeps.

Cons:

I thought the bed was too firm for my liking. When booking I asked for extras but didn't get them. The couch looked dirty, could use some steam cleaning or replacement.

Not all it was cracked up to be
Pros:

The staff. Very friendly

Cons:

Air conditioner is on a sensor. Our room was hotter than heck. 76 degrees. It shuts off at 75 degrees. Besides leaking water all over the floor and my bags and contents were all wet. If your going to remodel at least hire and pay for a good contractor, not a fly by night.

Definitely looks better in pictures. The rooms could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. Underneath the bathroom sink was gross. I have interacted with much nicer staff. Also, I booked a room for 3 people and received only 2 sets of towels. Had to call and then an hour later go to the front desk to ask again for the third set.
