We stayed one night over Eid. The room was very clean: beds, bathroom, everything was clean. Unfortunately, the sink leaked a bit and caused a little mess.
The big letdown was the outdoor pool, which was the main reason for our stat. It was way too crowded and noisy, no chance to relax. There were 100 people (80 of them were children) in the pool and another 50 people (mostly women whose husbands and children were swimming) sitting in the chairs in front of the gym. We couldn’t even sunbathe because of the noise and lack of space/privacy. We ended up paying extra 40 KD (2 people 2 days) for the indoor spa pool, which was quieter.

Several excellent restaurants with good price. Airport transfer very good.
I chose a hotel with pool and pay for it, but it was not available. I didn't know it beforehand. I pay for extra hours, but they ask full price. The receptionist was rude to me.
