تعامل موظفين الاستقبال كان راقي وإلاخص مدير الاستقبال قاسم تعامله كان جدا محترم بحيث تعرضت لظرف طارئ وتفهم الوضع وحل مشكلة

Great stay - very nice experience
Pros:

Upgrade on room - was huge
Buffet food was very good
Gym was fantastic - used it every evening
Staff very helpful

Cons:

When checking was not made aware of all the food options I could use.
Was a bit noisy late in evening when back in room . Would imagine that during the summer would be worse

جميع فنادق الهولدي ان في الخليج سكنت بها وللاسف الاثاث قديم والغرف بها رائحه كريهه

الموقع قريب من المطار الدولي نزلت بأنتظار رحله مغادره ووقع الاختيار عليه لقربه من المطار

Cons:

الغرف قديمه جدا ورائحتها كريهه والاثاث متهالك بالمختصر لا انصح في السكن فيه
