The person at the reception was polite.

Cons:

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and sauna; the website did not indicate that they were out of order. Without the pool and sauna, the hotel is useless. My reservation clearly stated that there were two of us, yet they only provided toiletries for one person. When I spoke to the housekeeper and explained that there were two of us, the very next day she once again left toiletries for only one person. She simply ignored my request.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was good, bed was comfortable

Cons:

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. Pool was closed the entire time we were there. Could not use jets in the hot tub due to horrible sound. Or room door required my husband to man handle it to get in.

Awful, avoid!
Pros:

Size of pool and hot tub

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable, carpet was gross and stained, hotel was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Thermostat in room didn’t work. Breakfast and coffee were awful.

When we called for a room, we must have talked to the cleaning lady. She didn't know anything.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The mattress was very worn and saggy on the side, but we were able to sleep in the middle, so we slept okay. It was a King size bed.

Disappointing
Pros:

Clean room and friendly bar tender.

Cons:

Way over priced considering the electrical problems, No lights in parking lot, no lights in lounge, no heat for sauna or hot tub. Absentee manager to explain outages and staff not having any knowledge of when problems would or could be resolved.
