Pros:

The staff was amazing. I had trouble with my key not working, and they replaced it. 2 times and offered for me to switch rooms. I chose not to, but they were kind, friendly, attentive, and professional. My room was cleaned everyday and they replaced my towels so I always had fresh ones. The hot breakfast was good too.

Cons:

The bed was just too hard for me. I prefer a soft mattress.

Dirty! No hand soap provided. Had to ask twice. No warm water for shower when I tried to take one.

Very outdated, overly damaged furniture, under construction, so couldn’t get con the lobby to our room: had to walk outside of the building . And it was FILTHY.

Major trouble with key cards
Pros:

The check in was smooth, the room was clean and relatively quiet, the shower was working well. Parking on site for free was available.

Cons:

We had huge trouble with the key cards and the door to our room. We had to have the key cards replaced 4 times during our 3 nights stay because the cards would only work for a few hours. That was majorly inconvenient. And no, we did not store the cards near a phone or magnet, and they kept working on the front door on and off but not on the room door. The handle to the door 639 was loose which made it extra hard to open the door. The staff that replaced the last cards was not very friendly, and kept blaming us for the defective key cards. Not the service we expected.

room was fine...as i expected it to be.

Cons:

the breakfast. we stayed at a choice hotel in Knoxville TN and the breakfast there was phenominal. the breakfast here paled in comparison.

Pros:

It was very handicap accessible. I was very surprised to find such a nice hotel at an affordable price. Breakfast was amazing.

The shower needed cleaned and the sink and showers were hanging on by a thread.
