Pros:

Nothing. This place was awful. Very old, dirty, and musty. Cleaning lacks a lot. The carpeting is worn and very smelly. The banquet room are in desperate need renovation.

Location was nice minus construction.

Cons:

Sedona Taphouse. I ordered guacamole and chips. Had a sticker from avocado in my food. I know mistakes happen but nothing no sorry or anything def didn’t finish eating it.

Cons:

The first room had roaches then they put us down the hall and there were little bugs in the bed. That was the last room and it smelled like animals in the room. The room door had a short in the key reader and all the front desk would say is well a lot of our rooms have that problem that’s why we are renovating.

Would have had a better stay if the construction was communicated to us prior.
Pros:

Gave us a place to stay and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Unbeknownst to us, the part of the building we were staying at was actively under construction. There was also no bathroom door in our room. At the time not worth the price of the stay.

Pros:

Breakfast and Donna, the woman who came down when I complained was very cordial

Cons:

Airconditioning kept me awake...room was so dark I could barely see...worst was finding to blood spots on my sheets !

We would try another stay when the hotel remodel is complete.
Pros:

The beds were comfy and the staff was nice.

Cons:

Our room was under construction. There was drywall dust, no towel or toilet paper holders in the bathroom, and we did not have a bathroom door. I feel that what we paid for the room was not worth being in a room that was not finished and still under construction.

It was under renovation. The phone did not work in my room, the ice machine did not work, there was no door on the bathroom in my room, the breakfast was cold.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

Our room was still being remodeled and had no bathroom door and was directly next to a stairwell that was a construction zone where work started just after 7 am. The air compressor was running before 7.
