Perfect location, spacious rooms, and excellent service!
Pros:

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel’s central location made it the perfect base for exploring Bangkok.
The rooms are fantastic—very spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. From the moment you walk in, the reception area looks beautiful and sets a great vibe. What really made the stay special was the service; the staff was polite, helpful, and always welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back!

Exceptional Service, Great Lounge and Excellent Elite Recognition
Pros:

This was my first trip to Thailand with my family since the pandemic, and the hotel exceeded all my expectations. As a Diamond Elite member, I received outstanding recognition, including a generous room upgrade and excellent service throughout my stay.

The great first impression started at check-in and continued until departure. The breakfast was excellent, and the executive lounge was even better. The staff were consistently helpful, professional, and always greeted guests with genuine smiles.

The location is also fantastic, with a 7-Eleven just around the corner and the river and pier within walking distance.

Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely return on my next visit to Bangkok.

Pros:

I would like to say thank you to Miss Jureeporn (Concierge) for helping me find my phone. I lost my phone on the bus, and she assisted me with excellent communication and organization throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful and professional. She is the best. thank you so much, I really appreciate it. Thank you for your hard work and wonderful service.

Highly recommend this hotel, everything is really nice especially the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Had a lovely stay here. Staff very nice.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Plenty of choice and fresh fruit.

Cons:

A little refurbishment probably needed. Overall looked a little tired but I would still stay again.

The Club Lounge is fantastic! Staff are wonderful!
Pros:

Recently completed another short staycation at this property. The staff are always so friendly. But for me, the Club Lounge is what really sets this property apart. I am Diamond level with the IHG One Rewards program, and have achieved complimentary lounge access by having stayed more than 40 nights with IHG last year and selecting Club Lounge access as one of my Milestone rewards. In this hotel, they have the best buffet spread I have seen in any Holiday Inn Club Lounge and better than many 5 star hotels. The staff in the Club Lounge are friendly and kind. It has become the reason I choose this hotel for staycations in the area.

The rooms are a little dated, but they are very well maintained and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Strong water pressure in the shower and fluffy towels. And no street noise from outside. What more could you need? Also highly recommend The Brasserie Buffet for dinner. The Asian side of the family always enjoys the selections here and particularly the seafood. Our party of six all said it was a great meal. Hari's Bar has a great Happy Hour from 4-7 as well.

As for location, you are not far from the heart of Silom, not far from the riverfront, not far from the Grand Palace, a short Grab (our Uber) ride to anything you would want to see. Highly recommend this hotel, particularly if you have Club Lounge access through Milestone Rewards on IHG One Rewards.

Huge rooms ....lively ambiance
Pros:

Its a very nice calm hotel at Silom ....the rooms are huge and weak equipped...the bathroom though a little oldish but that's ok ....the lobby is very lively ....all the stwff at the gate is really very helpful...Miss Yupin at the lobby Cafe is too warn and kind ....saw to it that my vegetarian meal was perfect...
