I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom more than 20 times over the years, and it continues to feel like a home away from home.

What keeps bringing me back is the exceptional staff. Every team member is consistently warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. Their friendliness and willingness to help create a memorable experience every time.

The facilities are excellent, with comfortable rooms, a well-equipped gym, a great swimming pool, and a convenient location that makes exploring Bangkok easy. The hotel is always clean, well-maintained, and offers great value for both business and leisure travelers.

A special thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. After more than 20 stays, I can confidently say that this hotel sets a high standard for service and guest satisfaction. I look forward to many more visits in the future.

Best budget friendly family hotel
Pros:

selection of breakfast buffet, friendly staff, located at the centre of Silom with access to seven eleven and other cafeterias and
eateries. Central bangrak is just a few minutes away from taxi. Rooms are very spacious and the house keeping staff looks after your needs.
The hotel has pool, fitness club and paid tennis court along with restaurants and shops.

I’d recommend it for a good stay in Bangkok.
Pros:

Our stay at Holiday Inn in Silom, Bangkok was decent from start to finish. The room was incredibly comfortable, providing a really relaxing atmosphere after long days of excursions. The service was exceptional—from the warm welcome at reception to the attentive staff throughout the hotel. The in room-dining was excellent, with a delicious variety of options that made every meal enjoyable. Location was good but still away from places of excursion and malls.

Exceptional Service, Great Lounge and Excellent Elite Recognition
Pros:

This was my first trip to Thailand with my family since the pandemic, and the hotel exceeded all my expectations. As a Diamond Elite member, I received outstanding recognition, including a generous room upgrade and excellent service throughout my stay.

The great first impression started at check-in and continued until departure. The breakfast was excellent, and the executive lounge was even better. The staff were consistently helpful, professional, and always greeted guests with genuine smiles.

The location is also fantastic, with a 7-Eleven just around the corner and the river and pier within walking distance.

Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely return on my next visit to Bangkok.

I would like to say thank you to Miss Jureeporn (Concierge) for helping me find my phone. I lost my phone on the bus, and she assisted me with excellent communication and organization throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful and professional. She is the best. thank you so much, I really appreciate it. Thank you for your hard work and wonderful service.

Highly recommend this hotel, everything is really nice especially the staff were very helpful and friendly.
