Recently completed another short staycation at this property. The staff are always so friendly. But for me, the Club Lounge is what really sets this property apart. I am Diamond level with the IHG One Rewards program, and have achieved complimentary lounge access by having stayed more than 40 nights with IHG last year and selecting Club Lounge access as one of my Milestone rewards. In this hotel, they have the best buffet spread I have seen in any Holiday Inn Club Lounge and better than many 5 star hotels. The staff in the Club Lounge are friendly and kind. It has become the reason I choose this hotel for staycations in the area.

The rooms are a little dated, but they are very well maintained and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Strong water pressure in the shower and fluffy towels. And no street noise from outside. What more could you need? Also highly recommend The Brasserie Buffet for dinner. The Asian side of the family always enjoys the selections here and particularly the seafood. Our party of six all said it was a great meal. Hari's Bar has a great Happy Hour from 4-7 as well.

As for location, you are not far from the heart of Silom, not far from the riverfront, not far from the Grand Palace, a short Grab (our Uber) ride to anything you would want to see. Highly recommend this hotel, particularly if you have Club Lounge access through Milestone Rewards on IHG One Rewards.

Its a very nice calm hotel at Silom ....the rooms are huge and weak equipped...the bathroom though a little oldish but that's ok ....the lobby is very lively ....all the stwff at the gate is really very helpful...Miss Yupin at the lobby Cafe is too warn and kind ....saw to it that my vegetarian meal was perfect...

Most comfortable hotel.i have been staying this property for past 25 years and still maintains the same aura. The staff there is super friendly and warm. Special mentiont to Jehangir. And Minchaya and her team at the executive Club Lounge are super accomaditive and caring.

The is our third time staying in this hotel this year and it didn't disappoint. This hotel is located on vibrant Silom Road, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, supermarkets, massages, clubs, bars, and restaurants. As vegans, we really appreciated the number of vegan-friendly restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We stayed during Songkran water festival and the hotel is located in the heart of the festivities.

This time we stayed on the 27 th floor. The room was spacious, cozy, modern, clean, and quiet, with great views of the Bangkok skyline and beautiful sunsets. Lighting was adequate, the air conditioning worked very well, and Wi-Fi connection was excellent throughout the property.

The room was equipped with basic amenities, including a kettle, cups, utensils, instant coffee, tea bags, and bottled water which were restocked daily. There was also a small refrigerator, ironing board and iron, a safe, and a smart TV.

The bed was very comfortable, with four pillows (two soft and two firm) and soft, clean linens. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room spotless and well stocked. Closet space with hangers was provided, and we were able to request additional hangers as needed. Storage was more than adequate for our one-month stay, with enough drawers and space to unpack comfortably. The room also had a small couch for relaxing and a desk with a comfortable chair for working.

The bathroom included a separate full size bath tub and a large walk-in shower with two shower heads and good water pressure. Everything was clean, and basic amenities were provided daily, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toothbrush, shower cap, shaving kit, and vanity kit. Slippers were available, and robes were provided upon request.

Breakfast was buffet-style with a good variety, though vegan options were sometime limited. The executive chef and sous chef , however, were very accommodating and happily prepared vegan dishes such as tofu scramble, tofu and vegetable stir-fry, and chickpea scramble upon request. The waitstaff were extremely friendly and attentive. A special mention to Patcharin, who greeted us daily with such warmth that we felt like family.

The doormen and security staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming and safe atmosphere. Special thanks to Yoyo, who consistently greeted us warmly and always took the time to ask about our day.

The staff in the Executive Lounge were exceptional. Special thanks to Achariyaporn, Chananticha, Netdao, Russarin, Thunyaporn, and the chefs, who went above and beyond every evening to provide outstanding service along with delicious, nutritious, and creative vegan options.

The hotel does not offer a self-service laundry facility, which would have been helpful for our longer stay. There are, however, several laundromats located within walking distance.

The price is fair value for the location, amenities, and overall experience.

Overall: this is a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service and solid amenities. We especially appreciated the warm, attentive staff and the convenience of the location. We are looking forward to stay here again on our next visit to Thailand

Very good location! I stayed here for business and being right next to JTC saved me so much time. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean and quiet, which was perfect for resting after a long work day. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.
