Bangkok Weekend Getaway.
Pros:

Always a pleasure to stay here, good sized clean rooms, breakfast package offering value for money, and this time check in and access to the Club Lounge on the 23rd floor. The hotel was quite busy, but the large public areas mean you don't really notice. All the staff in the lobby and restaurant areas were very helpful and friendly. As ever the breakfast choice was varied and plentiful - a perfect start to the day. At the end of the day the atmosphere of the Club Lounge was very relaxing with Toey and Mini really helping to make our stay a most enjoyable one and make us look forward to visiting again. Thank you.

Great Service and Delicious Food
Pros:

During cocktails at the Club Lounge, they served delicious food. I especially liked the smoked fish, fried chicken, and the cakes. Service was also great. Thank you for the great service Minnie, Giggie, Toey, and Dew.

I like this place the lobbies, very lively.The people are very nice , lovely staff....
There were very nice breakfast and they make pure JAIN food for me upon request....
All the staff at this hotel are very courteous.I would like to point out , especially two people.. Miss Fancy at the reception and Mr Pipong...the supervisor at the restaurant....amazing they are ...Mr Pipong...Quick...and a perfectionist...always gets my Jain Fried Rice correct....

Pros:

The location is fantastic. Its in the more “quiet” part of the city. Relatively anyway.

Cons:

Express Laundry service is not exactly express. In some hotels express means 4 hours. Here it is still delivery next day. Probably shouldnt offer this service
