Fueron todos muy amables y las instalaciones impecables.
Un tanto alejado de nuestras expectativas a nivel paseos, pero nada exagerado.
Good location, spacious room
Loud noises from above the entire time.
Excellent location and very friendly staff
Nice large clean room and hotel is located on a quiet street so no traffic noise. Good Location.
Bathroom was a little bit tired, breakfast options were a bit limited and not much fresh fruit. Also a lot of the cooked food was either tepid rather than hot and had clearly been sitting for quite a long time.
It's a chain hotel that does what it says on the tin.
Breakfast was pretty average and it wasn't easy to get coffee refills.
Upon our arrival,Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Aufa, who was very pleasant and welcoming. I was unsure why my passport was required, as I frequently travel to London and have never been asked to present it before; fortunately, I had it with me. As a Marriott Gold member, we were looking forward to an upgrade but were disappointed to find that there were no suite options available, and the bathrooms were extremely small, with no bathtubs. Since our stay was only for one night, we decided to make do with what we had. There were no robes or slippers provided, so be sure to bring socks for walking around comfortably. The breakfast buffet was decent, though nothing extraordinary. Upon checking out, there was a woman at the front desk named Anastasia, who was far from pleasant and didn't even bother to smile at the guests. As someone representing the front desk, she would have been better suited for a position that didn't require interaction with others. However, we were lucky enough to see Aufa again, and the same warmth with which we were welcomed was extended to us as we were thanked for our stay and invited to come back.
Staff is very good . All the staff good
Everything good
A humiliating, degrading, unsafe service. I booked a wheelchair accessible room for myself and my teenage daughter - a wheelchair user and severely disabled - and confirmed its availability at the time of booking and the day of arrival, only to find a temporary inaccessible lobby when we arrived. And no wheelchair accessible rooms available. Their solution was for us to exit and enter the premises via the basement, storage area and walking up/down the car park ramp which was being used by other guests.
It’s not good. Lobby is being renovated, not a huge issue. I was told at check-in it would noisy 8-5pm. I was out early so no issue. But the room was poor. Very shabby, needs renovation urgently. Headboard vinyl was cracked and peeling, very unpleasant. Bathroom was just old and shabby. Furniture was tired and worn. There was loud thumping sound from the lifts or water pipes, I couldn’t decide which. Apparently some higher floors have been refurbished, 3rd floor is awful. And all for £275 a night! Breakfast was ok and staff were nice.
