Good place for an overnight stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Conveniently located. My room looked to have been recently renovated.

I would have given 5 stars but the bathroom was very small and needed better lighting.

Absolutely the worst place ever ! Should be condemned and shut down . I didn’t even and up staying there because the room looked like “Bates Motel “ and I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable being in the area with the room in the condition it was in .

The receptionist was nice enough, but the area and room were awful. Parking lot was filthy and I'm pretty sure a drug deal was going on. The door wouldn't open properly. The smell in the hallway was terrible. Once we entered our room, there was a hole in the floor and bugs in the corner. Looked like it hadn't been swept. I've stayed in some budget motels, but I did not feel safe here.

This is a property undergoing major renovation with the shoddiest materials and workmanship imaginable. If you want a lobby that's a construction site, open electrical boxes in your room, etc., go ahead and stay here. Otherwise, keep away.

We booked the hotel through Expedia. We drive 3 hours to the hotel. We walk in and the floors are all ripped up, concrete floors are literally torn up, walls are unpainted with wallpaper ripped from places, a random man was just played out on the lobby couch playing on his phone while the receptionist was missing in action, said random man had to go find her. We get to our room and there’s a hole in the floor that my boyfriend fell through. When he fell through, it shorts the wires and the breaker flipped and we lost power to the entire room. The room had not been cleaned. When we confronted the from desk lady, Von(?), she said she knew about the hole in the floor! She put us in another room but it was just as bad. The beds were hard as rocks. She was hateful to the very nice man from Expedia when he called and refused us a refund and told the man from Expedia to tell me to call back and talk to her manager Carla in the morning. Don’t worry, Von, I will be. Hopefully she’s better at her job than you are at yours. If your hotel is under construction, literally HAZARDOUS, make your guests aware before they drive 3 hours. Now I’m out $100 and had to come to another BETTER hotel for the SAFETY of my own family! This is BOT Expedia's fault!! This is soley the hotels! Expedia was not made aware that they were under construction but they are now and so is the Better Business Bureau.

Broken keypads around the building - people were propping external doors open with rocks. The pool and hot tub were both down for renovations which was not mentioned before booking this room. broken tv in the room. Air conditioner in room worked well.

Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is being remodled,so there are repairs going on everywhere. We were in a already remodel room and kept falling on the foot sized hole in the middle of the room,wall holes with exposed wires also. The whole place is in a horrible state of disrepair. Also there was a old dirty washcloth hanging from the shower curtain.

Pros:

Left the property with bug bites all over my legs. The beds look like they are from the 80’s. Holes in the wall in bed room. Shower rod was disconnected from the wall. Couldn’t event get out door open. Went to breakfast and there were bugs everywhere. Long story short I would not recommend at all.

The pool area was dirty and the fitness center was filthy-exercise equipment laying on floor, weight resistance machine broke and drywall dust all over. Remodeled room was good and bed was comfortable
