Pros:

The property is good and offering decent lodging services. Rooms are spacious, well lit and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. The USP, as per my experience, is the property is near to Van-Ness Metro station making commute very easy and comfortable.

It was okay. We were able to move around DC with ease.
Pros:

The hotel location was ideal for our travels in DC.

Cons:

There was no refrigerator in the room. I needed to put an ice pack on my foot and couldn't.

Not offering breakfast. The lobby and first floor was not clean. No garbage cans on the floors to throw out food. The rooms were small and should update and paint the bathroom/tv and cable service
