If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Not sure where the high ratings come from. From the moment we checked in, until we left, we experienced nothing but rudeness from the staff. No basic manners at all.

Upon check in, nobody told us that we need to request housekeepers in order to have our room serviced because check in process was so unprofessional - no welcome, no basic information was provided, and they got annoyed when I asked a question regarding the payment. Before our arrival, I send a message and received a reply AFTER we checked out.

The only nice workers were housekeepers and the rest of experience was not pleasant.

During the breakfast, I even dared to ask the only lady that was there for a plate at 9:03 and she told me that breakfast ends at 9:00. I didn’t ask for food just a plate as people were taking food from the breakfast area and there were no plates left. Later on, I observed that she was snapping at everyone.

We would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Management needs to have higher standards. We will definitely not be back even though we are Marriott members.

Popular and decent service. Deceitful charges. Used Marriott points. Recommend staying downtown closer to the park

The breakfast is good and the service is great At the restaurant. The elevator is good and a little loud. I usually like a room near the elevator but the elevators are loud. The entry in the room (212) was awkward with the fridge and kitchen. Traditional coffee maker. I received 2 pending charges ($20 and $70!) on my debit card despite being told that I would only be charged for $20. Very dishonest business acumen. Free parking. I asked about our view for our room, “Mountain View” but was behind the front marquee.
We used points so perhaps we were given a crappy room.
Very busy property. Free parking. Welcoming fire pit.
The shower had one panel of glass. Recently renovated shower?
Clean.
I do not recommend this property because of the deceitful charges
