Staff was very friendly and helpful
This hotel is fantastic! The rooms were spotless, customer service was super friendly and they had hot, fresh coffee round the clock. I will definitely stay here anytime I travel to Hot Springs!

The beds and room was too small for the price. Advertised as queen bed was more like a double. Sleeper more like twin bed
We used this hotel as our home base while spending a couple of days exploring the diamond and crystal mines around Hot Springs, and it worked out perfectly. The location near Lake Hamilton was convenient, and the property felt modern, clean, and well maintained.
Our King Studio was spacious and comfortable, with a great bed, cold A/C, a hot shower, and a kitchenette with a sitting area that made it easy to relax after a full day of exploring.
Breakfast offered the standard Marriott selection and was a nice way to start the day. The standout, though, was the staff. Kim at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. We'd gladly stay here again.
Place was nice
On July 17 at 2:00 we arrived in afternoon. The front desk person was extremely rude and not helpful. Never said hi or may I help you. Said name? Lol. I like polite people. If it was because I am white I will not apologize.
Staff were kind and professional. Rooms were clean.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Not sure where the high ratings come from. From the moment we checked in, until we left, we experienced nothing but rudeness from the staff. No basic manners at all.
Upon check in, nobody told us that we need to request housekeepers in order to have our room serviced because check in process was so unprofessional - no welcome, no basic information was provided, and they got annoyed when I asked a question regarding the payment. Before our arrival, I send a message and received a reply AFTER we checked out.
The only nice workers were housekeepers and the rest of experience was not pleasant.
During the breakfast, I even dared to ask the only lady that was there for a plate at 9:03 and she told me that breakfast ends at 9:00. I didn’t ask for food just a plate as people were taking food from the breakfast area and there were no plates left. Later on, I observed that she was snapping at everyone.
We would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Management needs to have higher standards. We will definitely not be back even though we are Marriott members.
