Close to Bourbon Street and the Riverwalk and it was in walking distance of most other important tourist places.

Cons:

Valet parking was not expected and it was $50 a day without taxes. The valet could not park my vehicle due to being a standard or manual transmission so I had to park my own vehicle each time I went in and out of the facility and still had to pay for valet parking just to use the parking space. There was no free parking with the hotel unless you wanted to park on the street.

The staff are small time crooks
Pros:

Location good

Cons:

They changed our room because there was no internet on our floor however they charged us room upgrade fee by checkout. We didn’t know it was an upgrade when changing the room. We definitely wouldn’t change the room if they informed us. It is something crooks would do.

The staff was good. The beds were nice and soft.

Cons:

The bathroom needs upgrading and the plumbing was not great because my sink water went down very slow also the molding on the shower/tub was coming off the wall
