The elevators had NO circulating air whatsoever, it was HOT as hell. That alone will make me NOT book there again

Facilities- no a/c and moved us to another room with no a/c , dead cock roaches
The location in the quarter was fantastic.
Having to switch elevators every single time we left and came back. Also the hallways felt like there was no air conditioning.

The rooms were soooo dated. Rooms had a disgusting odor. The bathroom mirror was peeling. I’ve never seen anything like that before.

No breakfast at the hotel, but they do have a diner they send you to that is beside the hotel. Food was not good and service was bad.
Fitness center is very small and not very well equipped.
We thought it was an expensive price for the quality....

My deposit was never returned $150 I never seen & my room was definitely not damaged or dirty because I cleaned up all my mess before I left
