Centrally located
No one from Valet answered any of our calls to help with our luggage from the room to our car. We had to carry/drag it ourselves. At $50 a night for Valet parking, we expected SOME service.

I like the friendly service and nice rooms. It was conveniently by Bourbon street. They gave my husband and I 15$ for each day we were there to eat at the best restaurant, Mr. EDDYS.
The pool wasn't heated.
bed was comfortable
bathtub needs renovation, had cracks and seemed dirty.
Location and staff were excellent!
Not any fault of the hotel. Could be a bit noisy, although not like being on Bourbon St. But luckily not an all night thing.
The location was close to the heart of the French Quarter. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The room was showing wear and tear. Mirror in the bathroom was oxidizing and the corners no longer had the reflective backing, the wall paper was peeling, a deep musty smell (had to purchase air spray from Walgreens on the corner close to the hotel in an attempt to disguise it) that was difficult to ignore, the bathtub/shower had mold and chipped paint, and the dark colored carpet had snags.

As this property was ony one street back from Bourbon Street it was fearly quite.
