Pros:

The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. The location was right where we were hoping and we were able to walk everywhere. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comforotable.

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like. I would stay here again.

New Orleans is always a great trip! Overall, my stay was good, and the valet parking staff and front
Pros:

I liked that the hotel is located right in the middle of the city. It made it easy to enjoy New Orleans, go out for drinks, and explore without having to drive anywhere—everything was within walking distance.

Cons:

I wasn't happy with the room conditions. It had a humid smell, and the carpet near the air conditioner felt cold and wet. Also, being on the 19th floor and having to use two elevators to get to my room was inconvenient.

Great for the city trip, fantastic location.
Pros:

staff were very courteous and friendly, hotel is in a great location one street back from Bourbon street and all that Jazz!!!
The shower was hot and plenty of towels and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

Rooms were dated and in need of a freshen up.
I was on the 19th floor so had to change elevators at the 18th floor.
Pool on the 10th floor was small and indoors
