They had no generators and we were without power and water for around 9 hours, there was no restroom in the small,unattr

Could’ve been better. Only thing good was staff and location

Cons:

Wasn’t that clean. Sink was clogged and something on the mirror broke. Also the electricity went out all Saturday night and didn’t come back on til the morning so we were in the dark with no way to charge our phones, no a/c and no access to elevators. It messed up our plans for Saturday night and the hotel didn’t offer anything to compensate us for the electric going out and us being inconvenienced by it

Coffee maker not working, replacement not received as promised. Power outage and we had to get our own vehicle after paying for valet parking. Not prepared for power outage, staff was insensitive and unprepared.
