Pros:

Good location near the centre near the winter gardens but off the main streets so nice a quiet even on a weekend. You get what you pay for this was a nice cheap room it was clean and you had a bathroon with shower just what I wanted and needed nothing fancy just a place to stay.

Having to step over a Junkie, Spiced out (that’s not a typo!!) on the landing, to access my very basic room !!! It’s £30 a night, So expectations were not great 😬!!!

Cons:

Really pour and couldn’t stay there. Holes in walls in bedroom. Windows in bedroom disgusting n could not see out them. Chap said 2 star. I wouldn’t even give this property a 1 star. Had a cheek to ask us for £20 deposit for door key. Our opinion avoid at all cost. If nothing else gave us a good giggle when showing family videos of both rooms.

Terrible no heating or hot water. Stag do’s while claiming family hotel. No wifi. Fire alarms going off all hours. Food all over the floors. Dirty but get what you pay for but draw the line at no heating in winter
