Very disappointing stay — dirty hotel and no hot water.
Pros:

The £20 key deposit was returned the following morning.

Cons:

The hotel was very dirty and there was no hot water. After booking, I was told I also had to provide a £20 cash-only key deposit, which I had not been aware of when making the reservation. Although it was refunded the following morning, the overall experience was very disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Horrible
Pros:

Absolutely nothing dirty horrible hotel don’t stay you will be disappointed

Cons:

Couldn’t get in the room lock broken I swear somebody had been in my room , this hotel let drug user book rooms shout about drugs I have stayed before a few years ago and wasn’t like this it’s run down dirty and decor is from 60s and not well looked after stinks

Pros:

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Booked for 1 night and showed up at 16:30 and the doors were locked, the building looked run down so we phoned them and they said they did not have a booking so lost £62

Cons:

Was told AFTER I'd booked, will need to pay £20 deposit for key.. this was incase of any damages.. any damage would only improve the place.. very poor.

Absolutely disgusting and should not be housing people !! My concerns have been given to bookings . Com . Do not stay here

No closing windows
Freezing cold rooms
Dirty bedding
Mouldy rooms
Smelly

Wouldn’t stay again but has some positive areas
Pros:

Ground floor rooms so great for elderly and disabled. Very spacious rooms too. Lovely carpet in one of the rooms. Have a bar with a piano which is a nice touch. Always someone around to talk to.

Cons:

No hot water, stained bedding and rooms cold with no extra blankets to accommodate the colder weather. Wardrobe literally fell apart on me. Not everyone on reception understands english so made some miscommunication issues when trying to sort issues.

Pros:

5 minute walk from beach and close to shops etc.

Cons:

Extremely out-dated and had a foist smell to it. Bedroom door didn’t open properly and took a few tries to unlock. If you have 3* plus high standards, I wouldn’t bother.

Bunch of thieves. Do not stay here under any circumstances. If you expect £20 back for pre damages then you’ll be severally disappointed. You would have a better stay if you were homeless.
