Pros:

The hotel had friendly staff and a good location. The room was quiet and comfortable bed.

Cons:

I was there for 5 nights and was only cleaned and stocked 1 time.

Good overall. I was unable to access the gym and pool and had to find someone to open them up even though there wasn’t

Very nice hotel, we’ve stayed there every year for the last 3. This year was a little subpar, but still good overall

The location was very convenient on site and close by restaurant. Probably will stay again.
Pros:

Location was great. Good food. VERY COMFORTABLE BED!

Cons:

The facility is either rather rundown, or has had some damage possibly when the hurricane went through this general area recently. Nothing serious, but there were some incomplete patches missing tiles that sort of thing primarily in the bathroom appears to be clean enough though.

New Manager Has Ruined This Hotel
Pros:

This was our last stay at this hotel! My crew and I have been coming here for 6yrs but we won’t be back after this time. We work on the railroad and had multiple rooms like usual. Apparently the hotel is under new management and we could tell!
Here is a list of problems:

1– Hotel manager kept interrupting the girl at the front desk while she was trying to check us in.
2- We get 6 floors up just to have to turn around because our keys didn’t work.
3-4 of the rooms weren’t cleaned and beds not even made.
4- Then to top off the entire stay, the new manager had made new hours and days for the bar/restaurant! Apparently they’re now closed every Sunday and close every night at 9pm!!
5- Worst of all is that out guys couldn’t even eat at the bar because the manager no longer lets the bar accept cash!! So 17 of us went to Brownies!!

What is wrong with the owners hiring this guy?? We’ve been through two other GM changes and nothing like this! They actually appreciated the business! Not this guy! We won’t be back and neither will two other railroad groups once I tell them about this. This is ridiculous!!!

Such a shame! First time I’ve EVER called IHG corporate about a hotel!

Decent hotel
Pros:

Stayed here with my son during his basketball tournament at the Kentucky Convention Center. It was close to Louisville. There were numerous places to eat at this exit or nearby exits. I would stay here again.
