Quiet, clean central location in Hanoi
Pros:

We rented a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment here with a washing machine. The rooms, although dated, are quite spacious and clean.

The breakfast buffet is very good, offering made-to-order eggs, as well.

The staff is quite nice and polite. They care about customer service.

The location is great, on a quiet back alley, away from the busy main street.

Cons:

Please note: there are about 10 marble stairs down to enter the hotel - and no handrail. They do help you with luggage, however.

Wonderful hotel close to the center of Hanoi
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel, located in the center of Hanoi. We booked an apartment with separate bedroom but were upgrade to an apartment with an extra twin bed (what was very handy cause one of us get the flue at arrival).
Good bathroom with bath, shower AND washing machine.

The breakfast is very okay. You have fresh bread, cheese, ham but also different kinds of Vietnamese breakfast and the members of the breakfastteam are really, really nice people.

Reception is very kind, always willing to help and assist you. We liked it a lot over-there.

Cons:

1 small thing to make things better is a kind of clip to close the curtains. To keep the light out

Super Appartment!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße vom Old Quarter und somit war die Umgebung recht ruhig. Alles einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich hatte ein sehr sauberes Appartement mit zwei Betten, Badewanne und eigener Waschmaschine (gratis Waschpulver). Die Jungs an der Rezeption waren alle super nett und hilfsbereit! Würde wieder dort übernachten!

Great location and accommodation.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful with giving us a map and highlighting sights within walking distance and telling us about interesting things like Women's Day and what they were doing. It was great to have breakfast included for our stay, especially the days we had early starts for a day trip and to go to Halong Bay cruise.

Cons:

Liked everything.

Pros:

Fantastic location and yet a quiet oasis in a sensory overload of a city! A great city, don't get me wrong , but quite a shock to a jet lagged foreigner.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, the room quiet and cool. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

Pros:

The apartment location was excellent. Staff was very good and helpful. Rooms were spacious with all cutlery in kitchen. Close to apartment is beard papa's which gave very good cream rolls. Grocery K Circle and Winmart were good. We got vegetables from win mart. Overall very good stay. Will surely come again.

Apartamento muy correcto y grande muy centrico
Pros:

Hotel bien situado para visitar las zonas más turísticas. La habitación era muy grande, igual que el baño, con bañera y ducha. El personal era muy muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno es en la primera planta que da a la calle y tenía una variedad suficiente. Hacen creces, pho y huevos al momento según desees.

Cons:

Es cierto que no es exactamente como en las fotos, está un poco mas deteriorado. Pero por el precio es muy correcto, y el personal hace que valga mas la pena aún.
La cama y el sofá son muy duros, sobretodo el sofá que parece de piedra, pero me ha pasado en todo vietnam, debe ser habitual allí.

I had such a wholesome time here. All of the hotel staff were fantastic, sweet, welcoming, and super helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay. Our family felt right at home. The breakfast was amazing, the room was comfortable, and the service was even better.

Don't think twice before booking Hanoi Central Hotel. You won't regret it. The hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter and everything you'll need is just a short walk away.

I already miss it and will definitely stay here again if I'm in Hanoi. Can't wait to be back!
