Hanoi Central Hotel & Residences

We loved everything! I was really hesitant booking at first, but the staff showed kindness and even upgraded our room for free! other than that, the receptionists were all so informative and gentle at handling queries from us. They also packed a simple breakfast for us because our flight was too early and we wouldn't be able to eat at the free breakfast buffet. Kudos to all the receptionists, especially to William, Andrew, Ryan, and to the girl receptionist who accommodated us first (im sorry i wasnt able to get your name)! I hope we'll see you again soon <3

Cleanliness and services

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Thankyou Ruby for being so helpful on checkin, William for your advise on places to visit Sapa and Peter for always having a wonderful smile to welcome us back to the hotel. A wonderful start to our Vietnam visit.

Its location away from the noise of traffic & vibrant Hanoi while being in the Old Quarter was ideal. In addition, the washing machine was of great help when travelling light . It was also possible to leave our luggage when we went on a Halong Bay for a night at no extra charge. The apartment was spacious, well equipped & very clean . Best of all though was the staff- Ninh Ninh,Andrew & Ryan. Nothing was too much trouble & every time they went out of their way to assist us eg calling the pick-up driver.Thanks so much.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They all go out of their way to help out. Definitely recommend this place. Central location- walking distance to everything and comfortable rooms and stay.

El personal es excelente tanto el trato en recepción como vía WhatsApp cuando estás visitando la ciudad. La ubicación es excelente. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y grandes.

From the moment we checked in, we had a very pleasant experience. The front office staff were lovely, welcoming and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. A special thanks to Mr Andrew for his kindness and excellent service throughout our stay.
The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, which was really appreciated. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, all maintained to a good standard. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay.
The kitchen was also well equipped with all the basic amenities. Although we did not really use the kitchen for cooking, it was nice to have everything available. The fridge was spacious and more than big enough for a family.
Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was cleaned properly every day, and everything was kept neat and tidy throughout our stay.
Breakfast was another highlight. It was very good, with plenty of choices and a lovely variety of fresh fruits. It was a great way to start each morning. Do not miss out the Tom yum Soup.
The location was also perfect for us. The hotel is right in the centre and within walking distance of many of the main attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. At the same time, what we particularly loved was how calm and peaceful the hotel felt despite being so centrally located. We were away from the noise of the crowds and traffic, which made our stay even more relaxing.
From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The combination of the comfortable room, excellent housekeeping, good breakfast, helpful staff and convenient yet peaceful location made our stay very enjoyable.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights. We were looking for the room which fits 4 family members. The laundry machine in the room attracted me and I chose this hotel. There was a detergent on the laundry machine, so you don’t need to bring the washing detergent - very kind. My 5 years old kid threw up on a taxi, the machine helped to travel light and not to carry a dirty outfit to a coin laundry at the unfamiliar city.

I didn’t want to make housekeepers to clean the room every day, but I wanted to request new bottles of mineral water, teas and some towels. I was thinking to go to the front desk to request the service, then guess what?! Two housekeepers knocked the doors in the late afternoon after we came back, bringing items we wanted!

The front desk staff were kind and greeted with smiles each time!!

The evening we were leaving to the airport, my phone battery was out. Mr. San at the desk provided the speed charger. We waited and waited but my phone didn’t work. Before I requested, he called a taxi using his app for us. We could arrive at the airport on time! Later at home, I searched to fix my phone and I realized I had to reboost my phone by pushing sound + sound - and power button. I truly appreciate Mr. San for his resourcefulness and kindness. Thank you all for your big smiles and kindness.

This hotel has the nicest staff who go out of their way to help guests offering recommendations, maps etc of places to and eat. I cannot explain just how lovely all the staff are from reception to the breakfast staff and cleaners we travelled all over Vietnam and met all the nicest people in this hotel! The location is good and apartment was perfect for a base for a few days. Breakfast selection was very good and I would highly recommend for a no frills clean apartment in good location.

The staff are all very pleasant and helpful! They gave good restaurant recommendations, help with tour and car bookings.
Hotel is located off the main street so its away from the chaos and yet near enough to walk to the major sights in the city.

The apartment was very nice and spacious, with two large bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a washing machine, and two bathrooms. It was also very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was excellent, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, within walking distance of Train Street and many other sightseeing attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind, especially "William", who provided us with a lot of assistance throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again when we return to Hanoi.

The location was perfect, so close to everything we wanted to do and see.
Very spacious apartment

Phòng sạch sẽ, tươm tất, giường nằm tương đối thoải mái. Bữa sáng ngon, phong phú. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, vui vẻ, tận tâm.
Khách sạn nằm trong ngõ Hội Vũ khá nhỏ nhưng xe ô tô 7 chỗ có thể ra vào được. Từ đây đi bộ tầm 10 phút là ra tới Hồ Gươm. Kế bên khách sạn có nhiều quán ăn, quán cà phê, cửa hàng tiện lợi.

The staff were respectful, professional and made the experience all the more amazing, always ready to help and a great chat. Especially NingNing and William at the front desk but also all the others we met and helped us out.
Food was tasty and rooms were clean.
