Great value stay right in the middle of Hanoi
Pros:

Everything! Incredible value! We had a two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and it was really spacious. We were grateful for the washing machine and complimentary washing liquid ( such a nice touch). Even though this hotel is situated in the busy part of Hanoi, it is tucked away up a quaint, little side street which allows for a restful sleep. The staff are so kind and helpful with everything we needed. Shout out to the Manager Andrew who was interested in any feedback we could advise to makes this new business better… we had no suggestions! We really enjoyed staying here.

Pros:

Fantastic too have two rooms ,makes it great if someone wants to sleeps in later,hotel was only two minutes walk to train street,and also right in the old quarter,Staff very helpful and always smiling.Would stay again.

Cons:

Maybe a wee bit dated but would not stop us from booking again.

The hotel is in a super location and the stuff is beyond amazing and helpful.
Pros:

The property is clean , and they gave feee bottles of water.

Cons:

The room it self is old, and super maintained. Also the soap / shampoo are low quality. Consider brining your own

Had a good time
Pros:

Not too far from the airport, convenient location. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the staff were very nice and diligent. The room is spacious and worth the money, with great functionality (the addition of the washing machine is good.) The room was also clean and tidy upon arrival. We didn't hear any outside noise while inside the room. Food is great.

Satisfactory stay in Hanoi
Pros:

The staff and service was very good. The staff are very polite and very helpful. The price is good for the facilities inside. The location is very close to the train street.

Cons:

These are some points to help other guests make their choice and also for the property to improve; it is not intended to be taken negatively:

1. The location is kind of in a very narrow lane.
2. The breakfast could have been better.
3. We are a family of 4 members. We stayed on 20th June and 26th June. On 26th June the room that we stayed had only one bathroom for a family of 4 members and strangely the bathroom didnt have a lock. So, people when you book the room with a bath tub in this property beware of this.
4. The dining table and sofa are of very mediocre quality for an otherwise overall good property.
5. The elevator can have a fan/ventilation.
