Amazing and the staff make it !
Pros:

Amazing staff who cannot do enough for you! Clean modern rooms, a washing machine and even an iron if you need it.
It’s in a great place but the alleyway at the front isn't the best view but that’s not the hotels fault, it is in the busy old quarter!

Great location and excellent staffs
Pros:

Stayed in this hotel and William the reception was always helpful and happy to assist or accommodate our enquiries. The place is close to everything, clean with excellent staffs. Highly recommended.

Pros:

We loved everything about Hanoi Central Hotel & Residences! The staff are so professional and friendly. Our suite was clean and spacious. The location is very central and easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast buffet has great variety and is absolutely delicious, especially the fresh made pho and crepes!

Our 5 day stay in April 2026, the Hanoi central and Residence Hotel.
Pros:

For many reasons i recomend this Hotel.It is well situated,it is a clean and higenic Hotel but most of all,the personel from A to Z are all very kind and very efficient. You can count on them.Receptionist to room cleaners.
I would just like to add,a personel note for Mr William.We were their 5 days and always we found him in a good humor.He is a very kind helpful proffessional young receptionist,of course, this includes his colleagues as well.
You have problem or question, he will always try to do his best to solve it.Count on it. A good persone.

Towards the edge of the Old Quarter with easy access to it all yet also to the French Quarter and beyond.

Pros:

Great location in the Old Quarter, close to the bustle of Hanoi and major attractions, however the hotel is in a quiet backstreet so there is a buffer which provides respite. In addition the staff were very friendly and helpful and they made it a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The front steps would benefit from a handrail.
