Would stay again!
Pros:

This property was very well maintained. Clean, good breakfast, and friendly staff. The rooms were well taken care of. We had a small kitchen area in our room and it was very clean and well kept. The rooms smelled fresh and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

No elevator but just a few steps.

The staff were amazing. Location is great for gearing up for Acadia. Loved the local list of eateries and breakfast. Quiet rooms with everything we needed.

Good location
Pros:

Nice hotel near Acadia National Park. Very good breakfast with lots of options and a spacious breakfast room. Close to lots of restaurants.

Cons:

Price seemed high, but it was probably considered part of their peak season. We had a little trouble regulating the temperature in the room--it seemed overly warm.

It was fine. Nothing special. But clean. I honesty don’t know if I would stay there again. Not that it was bad.

Pros:

Comfortable bed and room. Front desk staff was very helpful

Cons:

Bathroom sink was too small to keep a toothbrush on. Breakfast was not great and staff would start cleaning up a couple minutes before the cut off.

Great staff, unfortunate facilities
Pros:

The staff were all great and nice to work with. They even helped us move the hotel bed to try and compensate for the poor ac unit decisions

Cons:

The room itself was bad, the bed and a side table were immediately in front of if not touching the ac unit, which meant that it would not cool the room. To keep it in the low 70s we had to have the fan at 60 and it would sometimes not run anyway because it was hitting the bed and confusing itself. On Google maps there is also a picture of a pool as submitted by the owner but no pool exists.
