Staff was fine but front desk did not greet when you entered or passed by; they just responded (friendly then) if asked questions. Friendly enough but less than most places I have been. It was okay, but the room ONLY got serviced if requested: including not making beds, no fresh towels, no emptying trash.

Grand choix petit déjeuner, personnel accueillant à la réception.

Cons:

Sommes restés 2 nuitée. Aucune femme de chambre n'est venue. La chambre à un coût aussi élevée devrait être meilleure. La porte menant au corridor laisse passer le bruit et la lumière. Voir aussi photo du plafond de ma chambre. Matelas HORRIBLE.

No elevator in the building and should have mentioned this on the list. It was hard to bring the bag up for 2nd floor residents.

Wonderful
Pros:

The staff was just wonderful, especially Katie at the front desk... Her customer service was outstanding and very polite. She made us feel so welcome.. and our pet was very welcomed too!

Our stay was comfortable, convenient, and the hotel was a great value!
Pros:

Free breakfast every morning was a game changer! The food options were good if you went early. Our bed was comfortable and the room was supplied with everything you needed.

Cons:

When we showed up toward the end of breakfast there wasn't much left. But we got up earlier the next couple days and it was fine. Everything else was great!
