הרצפה לא היתה נקיה, זרם המיים היה חלש, ארוחת בוקר אמריקאית טיפוסית אבל חלשה, נכנסנו לחדר האוכל רק בבוקר הראשון. לנו שני לילות.
The staff were all great and nice to work with. They even helped us move the hotel bed to try and compensate for the poor ac unit decisions
The room itself was bad, the bed and a side table were immediately in front of if not touching the ac unit, which meant that it would not cool the room. To keep it in the low 70s we had to have the fan at 60 and it would sometimes not run anyway because it was hitting the bed and confusing itself. On Google maps there is also a picture of a pool as submitted by the owner but no pool exists.
Location and kitchenette
Bathroom sink was not draining, even to the point of water rising in the sink even without additions from the faucet. Also, they told us at check in that breakfast was at 6, but next morning it was 8 due to low staff.
Breakfast was a bit better than expected with several hot and cold offerings.
Staff was friendly.
The manager and owners of this hotel should be ashamed of the property.
Floors were sticky, bed mattresses were stored in the halway, the lobby restrooms were disgusting and overflowing with toilet paper and fecal piles! Let me not forget that we had a little "visitor" (mice) in our room one morning, he appeared to be living in the air conditioning unit because we saw him climb up through a hole in the bottom of the appliance.
Public outdoor breakfast tables were very dirty, facility was in poor condition.
The photos attached don't tell the real story: it actually worse. I could not in good conscience include the picture from one of the men's room stalls - it was worse than a porta-potty at a music festival!

We stayed in the double queen with kitchenette suite. Very spacious. Bathroom is very clean.
The bed was very high off the floor. We’d prefer one easier to enter and get out of.

Staff was fine but front desk did not greet when you entered or passed by; they just responded (friendly then) if asked questions. Friendly enough but less than most places I have been. It was okay, but the room ONLY got serviced if requested: including not making beds, no fresh towels, no emptying trash.

Room size and cleanliness
No elevator in the building and should have mentioned this on the list. It was hard to bring the bag up for 2nd floor residents.

The staff was just wonderful, especially Katie at the front desk... Her customer service was outstanding and very polite. She made us feel so welcome.. and our pet was very welcomed too!
