Pros:

I went every morning for coffee and enjoyed their selections of packaged goods. It was nice not having to go out for food. I would definitely return!

Cons:

The only complaint that I had was the the bathroom light would continue to flicker so we just moved a lamp into the bathroom and we were fine.

We would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The staff were very accomidating for our needs. It was mostly quiet inspite being next to a major freeway junction. Very nice place to stay and we would stay here again if we were in the area. Very pleasant staff.

Cons:

Could have had a much better breakfast, but an egg and ham muffin was alright, just not ideal. The beds were a bit stiffer than we are used to, but we love very soft beds, so that's likely just our issue.

PS and this does not reflect on this business, it's just a warning. Do not use the Burger King nearby, just read their reviews. Our experience was no better than their 1 star reviews.

I came for a weekend for both work and leisure!Had family visit and stay at Fireside also

One of the worse hotels I've stayed in.
Pros:

This was one of the worse hotels I've stayed in. The furnishings looked like they were bought from Goodwill, there were stains on the hallway rugs, and breakfast consisted of granola bars and/or a reheated fast-food-like egg sandwich. The place looked like it hadn't had any updates since the 1960s. I wanted to leave but we were there for a funeral and I didn't have the energy.

Refuse to Clean the Rooms after Checkin !!! Treat you terribly for asking to have the rooms cleaned!
Pros:

Came back to a dirty room after a day of business. Called the receptionist to ask to have my room cleaned and they said it’s their policy not too clean the rooms after you check in !!!!! ???? This is not a policy it’s a scam ! I’m paying hundreds of dollars to be refused services I paid for. They said they have to escalate this too the manager, they refused to give me the manager phone number and said to talk to the manager after 9am when I’m already on my business meetings. This hotel is a customer service scam, not a real hotel if they refuse to clean the rooms daily. Front desk is rude and and the hotel is old and ugly.

Loved staying here!
Pros:

Loved the fireplace in our room! It was so cozy and quiet in the room. The bed was also really comfortable.

Cons:

The fridge in our room was too cold and froze some of our food items. Breakfast was okay, just granola bars and fruit cups. We also tried out the sauna, but it didn’t get very hot.

Quiet and Comfortable!! Snow was all cleaned up.
Pros:

It was quiet and comfortable and clean. Tv was good with many channels and a guide. The shower was excellent hot water and good flow.

Cons:

The Bathroom sink was rather low. That’s it.

I'll be back.
Pros:

The location is a plus. Lots of restaurants near by. However, due to the cold we used delivery. The room we were in was spotless. It had a new carpet and a gas fireplace. The lobby has a nice fireplace to enjoy. The people at the front desk were very helpful. They went out of their way to assist me. We were here for an event and the event room was well lighted and roomy. One door that led to a storage area was a little drafty, but did not affect me. The price was excellent for January.

Cheap but disgusting

Cons:

Our room was seriously dated. As in old and a bit gross. Smelly old chair in the room. Wallpaper coming off the walls and some strange fablic- like curtains hanging from the the ceiling down the walls about 6 inches down. Too freaked out to look behind them to see what they were hiding!
