Good choice
Pros:

Spent weekend in Portland. This hotel good location for all activities I was interested in. Easy walk to Victoria mansion and the art museum. About half mile to harbor. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Used guest laundry. Thought $20 nightly parking reasonable for the area. Used IHG points for breakfast. Wouldn't have paid $17.50 they were charging for breakfast.

Super bien ! Je recommande l'endroit.
Pros:

Piscine et sauna super mise à part que ça communique pas, proche du old port et des restaurants. Stationnement non inclus dans le prix mais il y a de la place c'est semi couvert. Le déjeuner était bon aussi.

Overpriced, cold pool, clogged shower, poor service.

Cons:

Our shower was clogged. We called the desk. They sent a guy up who mansplained to me how to open a drain plug (which I’d already removed). He said maintenance would come in the morning. 8-9am. We ordered drain cleaner and did it ourselves. Maintenance called at 2:30pm- i was in town for a funeral. Good thing we don’t count on them. Then they knocked on the door at 9pm. My son woke up. The fridge ran all night long making noise. The AC didn’t work at all. Like you couldn’t turn it on. The heated pool was freezing. The sauna didn’t work at all.

They charge an additional $20 per day for parking in a garage Thats is extremely dangerous. There is no room service yet they want tips. The manager is unprofessional with no concern whatsoever about guest concerns.
