Great location, wonderful view from our room and very nice and quiet. Easy check in, they let us check in early, and the lady that checked us in was super helpful and friendly. Food from the restaurant was ok. Didn’t have breakfast but coffee was good. We were happy with our stay and will return in the future.
The daily $25 parking fee but we were in downtown Portland
We loved the nice big lobby, rooms and view. The location was pretty good within walking distance to the port.
Quite a few homeless people in the neighborhood. I honestly know they are harmless but nevertheless I did have a nightmare.
Location was convenient, parking as well.
Parking wasn’t included, extra 20$/day.
Noisy machine on the window that would turn on during the night and start buzzing, even if the thermostat / AC was off.
NO HOUSEKEEPING!!! Stayed here 3 nights visiting Portland. One night housekeeping never showed up. The next night they showed up, dropped off towels and coffee; that’s it, no clean up! complained to front desk. They were surly and offered no help, except to complain to housekeeping directly. Ask for the general manager to call me. Left info. No return call. I’m also the highest level with IHG. Can’t imagine how others fared. STAY AWAY!!
We booked hotel through Priceline and got a handicap room with view of the roof. No room service throughout whole trip (no change of towels, empty trash etc).
Beds were uncomfortable and there was major construction going on throughout the day that literally vibrated the whole parking garage and you could hear in your room.
The free breakfast we got was probably the best I’ve seen, very clean and plenty to choose from.
Upon checking out, we left a day early and because we booked through Priceline we did not get a refund for that day, which sucks but I get it. However we did not move our car out of parking garage yet and had to go back inside to get a temporary card to get out. They wanted to charge us for that. Even though we just paid for an additional night we are not even there for. Finally the manager gave us a temporary pass to get out.
Unacceptable experience. The room was not ready on arrival, and the replacement room I was given was also not clean. The beds were dirty, the towels were dirty, and the hygiene standards were completely unacceptable.
The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and displayed a highly unprofessional attitude. They showed no urgency or willingness to resolve the issues.
Poor cleanliness, poor service, and a complete lack of professionalism. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
Good hotel, friendly staff
Location a bit far from center
We stayed here on business. Good location-in walking distance to shops and restaurants. They have a shuttle which was not available when we asked to use it. The food we ate at the conference was very good. The beds are super comfy. The parking garage is very tight and an extra $20 per day.
Housekeeping only comes if you ask.
Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, hotel shuttle
Top-notch in every way. Clean rooms, comfortable furnishings, a beautiful view of the Bay, breakfast offerings comparable to a fine restaurant's brunch, pleasant and helpful staff, and a convenient location make for an easy walk to the Cross Insurance Arena and restaurants, museums, and historical sites, plus an easy check-in and check-out. Also, the Hotel's free shuttle service will save you car rental/Uber fees with free rides to the Portland Airport and other sites in the city. The shuttle drivers are terrific in helping you get around this beautiful town. I highly recommend this hotel with no hesitation.
Habitación amplia.
Silencioso
El mar muy lejos. Vista al mar muy al fondo con primer plano de terraza y compresores de aire acondicionado
room was excellent; short walk to waterfront; many restaurants nearby; art museum just a block away
City view not great on 5th floor- big parking lots across street
