Pros:

vriendelijk personeel, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Het was een heel warme dag en de airco kon de kamer niet gekoeld krijgen

Very central location near to the water.

Cons:

Entrance to the expensive Q-Park Molenpoort directly at the hotel and not via partially blocked streets routed by Google.
There is another park house over the street in front of the hotel.

Hotel goed, ontbijt te duur
Pros:

Grote kamers en schoon. Goed gelegen en alles op loopafstand.

Cons:

Ontbijt is 20 euro, sorry maar dat zie ik er niet van af. Het is een gewoon standaard buffet . Een broodje ,een koffietje en wat fruit is geen 20 euro waard.

Overbooking and refusal to take responsibility
Cons:

I booked the hotel through Booking.com and immediately paid €254 via PayPal. About half an hour later, the hotel called and said that they were overbooked and had no room available.

At first, they promised to cancel the reservation. However, several hours later, nothing had been done. When I called again, they said that they could not cancel it because I had booked through Booking.com. Despite the fact that the overbooking was their error, they told me to cancel the reservation myself through Booking.com.

When I tried to do this, Booking.com required a cancellation fee of €254, which was the full price of the booking.

Only after my 4 calls to the hotel and my complaint to Booking.com did the hotel finally start the cancellation process.

Because of their mistake, I was left without a room and temporarily without my money. Resolving the situation cost me a great deal of time and stress.

I do not recommend using the services of this hotel, especially through Booking.com.
