Pros:

Location is very good because it is across the street from the metro train. We took the train into Tempe for some shopping and also West to downtown Phoenix.

Cons:

Some of the staff, especially waitress for breakfast was very rude.
There were other staff that were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room fine, breakfast bad
Pros:

First of all, our room was comfortable- quiet & clean.
However, be aware that if you arrive at Terminal 3, the hotel can only pick you up at Terminal 4. I’m sure that this is the airport’s rule and not the hotel’s, but when you are trying to get to the hotel at 1am and the SkyTrain is running a modified schedule, it is a problem.

The main source of our discontent was the breakfast. I had opted for the package with included breakfast. It turns out that the ONLY menu option with this package was the “Sunrise” breakfast (2eggs, meat, potatoes). Fine if you like eggs. I do not. They would not let me order pancakes even though they were cheaper than the Sunrise.
Finally, they didn’t have ice tea and my husband’s decaf coffee was undrinkable.

Terrible customer service!
Pros:

Horrible experience with so called front desk reservations! Called to inform them my husband 'sflight was delayed and to not release his room. He is traveling on company business. Was told they could NOT make any notations to his reservation as it was booked through his company's travel portal, AMEX Travel. He has SIlver Elite Status and works for a global company! Will be sending a memo to fellow travelers to avoid this hotel in the future if a COURTESY notation on a PREPAID room could not be notated!

Good Front Desk and Shuttle but Slow Restaurant
Pros:

Good customer service from the front desk and airport shuttle ran on time and was prompt. Restaurant for dinner needed more servers. Service was extremely slow but food was good. Rooms were clean.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Service was excellent, received a confirmation email, wanting to know if there was anything I needed, shuttle communication was excellent, driver, very friendly and professional, and the front desk staff the same. Everything in the hotel was very clean and super close to the airport. Bed and bedding very comfortable.

"Crowne" is not a word I would use for this hotel. Not a very nice place, more like a motel. My room was clean, but less than average finishes.

It was good except for the BUG
Pros:

I forgot an Item I called and let them know when I would be back from the trip and the staff kept my item safe and returned to me as I left it. thank you

Cons:

There was a cockroach in my bed and the staff was kind enough to change our room.. I was a bit nurvous about it and really counld not sleep well that night.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was excellent.
Bath counter went all the way to the walls instead of a stand counter
Where things can fall off the ends.
Quiet room. Number of elevators made using them excellent. No waiting for them!!

Cons:

You didn’t give me the conference rate.
Bugs in the bathroom.
No clock. No lamp on one side of the bed.
Dirty in the bath corners.
No microwave. Dated room.
Expensive room for what I got.
