We love eating at Perch and James is a pleasure to talk to. He is a great host!! The food is delicious too.
The pool could have been warmer. And the desk chair in room 536 needs to be repaired it's very wobbly. I tried to tighten the bolts but I didn't have the proper tools.
The female desk clerks who were working when we checked in and checked out were both very nice and helpful. Our King room was large and with a huge flat-screen television and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Our breakfast in the hotel restaurant the next morning was excellent and our server could not have been nicer and more attentive. This will definitely be our go-to hotel when we travel to Phoenix.
I can't think of anything we didn't like.
The bed was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep. I’ve always chosen this hotel because of the comfortable bed. Disappointed this time.
You can take the Sky train from the airport.
The one rickety high top table stool that has been in the bar for years. It finally caused me to spill my beer when I wasn't holding down one of the bent legs properly.
run down rooms. facilties are in need of fixing or upgrade. The restusrant workers were rude most of the time. They also charged my group more than their posted room rates for a large non profit group. Shame on the management.
Clean comfortable with a bit of wear and tear around the edges. Great amicable staff. Good value for reasonable price.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt und auch schon abgewohnt. Das merkt man an vielen Ecken. Eher für die pragmatische Nacht am Flughafen als zum Entspannen.

Iesha was prominently the best I’ve ever encountered her knowledge and confidence plus courtesy equals up to elite customer service. She showed very much respect and gratitude. We traveling from Florida all the way to Arizona. Welcoming me in was phenomenal my room. I was on the ninth floor very nice and comfortable the atmosphere always hope to be there soon again. The value is definitely worth it. As well as the cleanliness, I will be back soon.
