Great location to get to downtown Annapolis!
Pros:

Great location near the main highway to get to downtown Annapolis. Room was comfortable and clean; had everything I needed for my stay. Whole facility was clean and staff was friendly!

Cons:

No negative comments- everything was up to my expectations.

Good location, with shopping nearby, and convenient to attend events outside the hotel's location.
Pros:

We received a free bottle of water (could have used one a day). The fresh cookies were ok. A variety would have been better.

Cons:

Could have a free bottle of water every day.
Towel bar in the shower fell, wasn't secure. I put it back, but figured it was missing parts.

Pros:

Наличие в номере кофе и чая, удобства в ванной комната. Красивый сад и наличие бассейна с лежаками для гостей отеля. Достойный шведский стол на завтраке.

Cons:

В отеле в лобби неприятный запах сырости. Номер поменяли 2 раза тоже из-за запаха. На третий раз нам подобрали хороший номер с нормальным свежим запахом. К сожалению, шведский стол на завтраке за 4 ночи проживания застали всего 1 раз. В остальные дни из-за маленького количества гостей его не накрывали и завтрак подавался по меню. Персонал ресторана не приветливый и хамоватый. Пытались навязать нам лишнюю плату за каждую выпитую чашку кофе и тарелочку с фруктами. А когда мы доказали (с поддержкой ресепшен), что у нас завтрак включен в проживание, персонал не скрывал свою неприязнь к нам и с демонстративным хамством уносил свои чеки переделывать.

Great staff and good hotel building, rooms & facilities, BAD app, bad bed mattress.
Pros:

We liked the staff! They were very helpful! The hotel and room were clean. The access to the major highways was great. We were able to find our destinations and find our way back to the hotel very easily.

Cons:

The Hilton Honors app did not work. We could not access a digital key after multiple tries and the staff was kind in trying to help but no success. The app stated they did not recognize my phone and to go to the front desk and provide photo ID which I JUST DID MINUTES BEFORE. THEN... after a long, tiring day, our plastic key cards did not work when we came back to the room. Going to the desk late at night to have your keys re-activated is no fun. We just wanted to sleep. Which was not quite comfortable as the bed was too hard. Another recommendation: Please do not have the staff soak the outside entryway with water to clean the ground at the prime time for guests to check out (9am to 12pm). Wheeling your carts/suitcases into puddles of water and stepping into water is not good when you just want to pack up your car neatly and get on the road.

No Microwave, they'll nickel n dime you!
Pros:

The hotel was nice however, there is no microwave in your hotel room. Due to the fact that there is no microwave in the hotel room, if you want a breakfast that’s easily available Y
you have to pay a minimum of $12-$15. I’m sorry, but that is ridiculous. Super-8 motels provide a free breakfast, if the Hiltons can’t afford to give out some free powdered eggs then this country really is screwed. When I was told that breakfast cost money and I saw the hotel. Honestly, I was baffled. I didn’t want to buy breakfast this morning, but I am hungry, I am tired, and I don’t have a microwave in my room. If I were to even buy breakfast somewhere else and I couldn't even make it in my room. I will be buying a microwave off of Facebook marketplace, so we’re able to at least make something in my room.

We were pleased to discover this excellent hotel and wish we'd programmed a longer stay.
Pros:

Excellent service. Shuttle bus into town. Proximity to restaurants.

Great location and awesome staff.
Pros:

This was my second stay and both times I have been completely satisfied. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The shuttle service is a bonus. Every staff member that I met (Trendy, Casondrah, Antwaine, Jay and the restaurant and bar staff) was friendly and helpful. The hotel is older, but you cannot beat it for convenience, service and price.
