Excellent value for money
Pros:

The staff was very polite and helpful. Having a shuttle to take you to places around town was extremely appreciated

Great room at a Fantastic value. Staff was attentive and kind.
Pros:

Parking was perfect, I traveled with my dog. I was in super close proximity to 2 areas to take her out. Quick snacks and a restaurant made the property perfect!

Pros:

The room was clean and love the location. Everything you need is walking distance or driving less then 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and answering any questions or concerns.

Hotel shows some wear, but service is top notch.
Pros:

We stayed here while taking my daughter and friends to the University of Florida at Navy lacrosse game. Some parts is the building are showing some wear, but the customer service is 5 stars. Friday night the tall gentleman at the front desk was so helpful, getting the girls toothbrushes and letting us know about the complimentary shuttle. We used the shuttle with Antiwan (sp?) To get two and from the game Saturday, he was so kind and courteous asked if we needed any cookies or water for the ride. Picked us up about 20 minutes after we called, told us about some of the events that happen in town. It really made our experience better. The Friday night bartender played great tunes and the party light were on and fun., he made everyone feel welcome.

The room showed some wear, but was clean and the temperature stayed comfortable.

Great location to get to downtown Annapolis!
Pros:

Great location near the main highway to get to downtown Annapolis. Room was comfortable and clean; had everything I needed for my stay. Whole facility was clean and staff was friendly!

Cons:

No negative comments- everything was up to my expectations.

Good location, with shopping nearby, and convenient to attend events outside the hotel's location.
Pros:

We received a free bottle of water (could have used one a day). The fresh cookies were ok. A variety would have been better.

Cons:

Could have a free bottle of water every day.
Towel bar in the shower fell, wasn't secure. I put it back, but figured it was missing parts.
