Good value and overall stay, but some issues
Pros:

Booked this hotel via third-party site because my water was shut off due to emergency pipe repair. Got a great deal! Rooms were big and clean and beds and pillows very comfy. The AC was great! Friendly front staff.

My friend’s original room smelled like an ashtray, so they gave her a new room. For my room, the turn-lock didn’t work and my TV didn’t work. It kept showing a “weak signal” message. After 10 minutes, I just turned it off. My friend’s TV worked fine. Hot water was good, but took probably 5 mins and half my shower time to get hot enough to where I needed to turn it down. Also, the phone in my room (for her to call about her room smelling like cigarettes) was very old and difficult to use and didn’t work very well. If I hadn’t have gotten an amazing deal, I probably would have been upset.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

Our experience was excellent...our customer service person was Trendy B, he checked us in because our flight was delayed and might miss the 3am window.
Awesome guy, very friendly and accommodating. Our room had brand new mattresses and very comfortable.

Highly recommend Doubletree Annapolis and most likely you will see Trendy at the counter with a big smile for you.

Did not stay, went to another place.
Pros:

It was so bad we did not stay there. Cancelled immediately. I have a charge I am disputing as I cancelled immediately. No one there will answer the phone that was listed on the confirmation.

Cons:

Well the carpet was torn and the room smelled bad.
