Cons:

Overnight clerk/ female. I called to ask for breakfast hours. She kept me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up, called back. No apologies for keeping me on hold. The customer on the phone, is equally as important as the customer in front of the agent.

The bed sheets could have been tighter. Sheets was wrinkled. Also, the fitted sheet wasn't tucked in.
