The closest to everything
The room. Area for parking. Didn't feel uneasy. The staff was awesome. Bestie, Shawn and Joe were amazing. Very customer friendly and answered all questions. Made me feel comfortable especially since that was my first time staying there.
I was looking for a pancake but the egg omelet was good.
This has always been my go to hotel when I come to Baltimore. It's always clean and for the most part pretty quiet. The staff is generally nice, however the young lady that was then when I was trying to check out had a bit of a nasty attitude. I understand that she was with a client at the time, but it's not about what you say, it's about how you say it. Other than that everything was perfect

The area seemed safe so we didn't have to worry about our car. Room seemed remodel ed but they cut corners while doing so. My husband is a contractor and noticed those things.
Never tiles.in bathroom. Stubbed my foot while.getting out of shower. Front desk woman wasn't so friendly. She kept speaking Spanish on her phone during check in etc. Shouldn't be on calls while checking guests in.

We had bedbugs in our room and I got bit twice they really didn’t do much for us they wanted us to take our things home not knowing if it was bedbugs in our belongings and all they said was they gonna do an investigation…ask me do I want some points cause I’m a rewards member….and call me in a week I told them I wanted a refund and was told they don’t do refunds they showed really no compassion for us at all

Great staff, clean facility, great price. Complimentary wifi and full breakfast. I love Ciara the employee at the check in desk. Friendly and very accommodating. I also love being a member of the IHG family where I spin the wheel and earn points toward my stays. Towson Holiday Inn Express the best and never disappoints.
The elevator was a little delayed. But not a bad complaint. It was the traffic of people that weekend.
