It had a pool. Cookies and lemon water were excellently
Filthy! Hallways and floors in room were so dirty. Suite with one ac was so hot they gave us a fan
We love the Holiday Inn Express Towson! We stay every time we are in the area and have always enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is always professional, courteous and helpful. The breakfast has many offerings to start our day off right.
Location to lacrosse tourney and cleanliness
Water pressure was not very good. Sofa bed very uncomfortable, trundle bed would be better. Pancakes had no flavor, bland mixture. Lady talking to people on Sunday morning for a survey of stay was targeting the teenagers when they were alone. Should have been asking adults, very unprofessional. Had to get wrist bands for pool even though many on the weekend didn't have one. Entire pool area taken up by a large group of people who were cooking out and taken up the area for hours. Not sure all of them were even staying there.
Everything, rooms, breakfast, front desk, the housekeepers were awesome, very very clean all around very good place to stay..

Terrific accommodations. Nice & clean, close to the place we needed to go to for a concert. The breakfast was very good. The kitchen staff didn't speak English, so that was a bit difficult, but nothing we couldn't work around. Sean, at the front desk was VERY helpful & personable. We'd definitely come back here.
The location was perfect being close to my daughter's college and the local mall and several eateries to include easy access to the highway.

The bed was far too high. The only way I could even sit on it was to use the ottoman as a step stool. That was difficult and dangerous since it had wheels. The bed itself was like a board and the comforter felt like a dead weight. Terrible pillows. Breakfast looked good, but the food was barely warm, even the coffee. I thought it could be warmed, but the microwave in my room did not work properly. At least the room was clean.
This Holiday inn express in Towson Maryland is a very well run and excellent place to stay! The manager Alexander and all the members of the staff including house keeping are all friendly, courteous, respectful and will do all they can possibly do to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. I am a returning customer and I can tell you the hotel is consistently clean and very welcoming! For a place with 139 rooms it's exceptional to see how clean and orderly everything is and it's because the staff really cares about how the hotel is presented to it's guests! The breakfast area is large and has a nice variety of breakfast items that they change up every day! They have great coffee machines in the breakfast area and in the lobby they have coffee machines also where you can get freshly brewed coffee 24/7! I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The rooms are very spacious also and the beds are comfortable! Enjoy your stay, you will be very satisfied! Thank you AB
