Pros:

Did not eat breakfast.

Cons:

The room could have been a little more updated. More hooks in bathroom. Overall was fair. People at desk ,were very nice.

Disrespect from housekeeping
Pros:

I went here for an east coast tour for my daughter.
We stayed March 28th- 31st. I will never go back and I’m originally from Baltimore. My daughter asked one of the house keepers to come back in an hour due to us getting dress for the day. The house keeper said “no” in addition to that, she also was at the door saying she has other rooms to clean and it wasn’t her job to wait. She communicated this in Spanish but failed to realize that I speak Spanish. I did report this to the house keeping manager right away, however, offering 10,000 points for rudeness , complete disrespect, not cleaning my room properly, talking to a minor this way, and also thinking you can say what you want in a different language,
is NOT ok. How many people has this been done to but no one knows what’s happening because Spanish is being spoken? I’m sure there are many. NOT ok and Hilton should do better then 10,000
