Pros:

We booked this hotel to stay the night before an early morning flight at BWI. Our trouble started at check in when we were signing the waiver about parking our car at the hotel for a week while we were away. On the waiver it stated that Honda vehicles were being targeted for wheel and catalytic converter theft in the area and the hotel was not responsible. Since we drive a Honda we asked if there was any kind of security camera, guard, gates etc. we were told there was not and we should try to park in the front row.

Our room left much to be desired. The beds were very uncomfortable, it was loud, and when the neighboring room turned on their shower ours shook and squealed.

I was very disappointed with our stay and we ended up not feeling comfortable parking at the hotel and parking our car at the airport long term parking. Not at all the standards I’ve come to expect from Hilton Doubletree.

A great stopover after international travel.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful shuttle driver.
Had to leave before breakfast this time, but in previous stays, the breakfast was good and fresh.
Bed comfortable with plenty of plushy pillows.
Clean bathroom.

Cons:

Restaurant and bar closed when I arrived.

Overall just OK
Pros:

The breakfast area and check-in desk were nice, but the workout room had an extremely low ceiling and did not provide adequate space to work out onthe equipment without removing ceiling tile. It appeared that one of the guests before me had displaced the ceiling tile so that their head wouldn’t fitin using the elliptical machine. The workout room is also pretty hot. Instead of adjusting the temperature, the staff just opened up the door to the outside, which just let muggy warm air come into the space.

The room itself was comfortable with the exception of the door. There was about an inch and a half gap from the top of the in the bottom of the door, which allowed both significant light and noise to come in from the hallway.

Overall, this property was more tired than I would’ve expected on some of these features like the workout room but at the right price I would stay there again.
