There were plenty of pillows ! So many places only put two pillows per bed and this one did 4 per bed and I was extremely grateful. Helps my comfort while sleeping so much.
We weren't told it was an adjoining rooms and the strangers in the next room kept messing with the locked door. They were also super loud.

The roaches in the microwave in the room and instead of them giving us hand fall for credit in us they just like we’ll take ten dollars off I have pictures of roaches and how house keeping didn’t clean we should have gotten a free room

No closet, a loud barking dog all night and the hall way was very humidi.
The room and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast and I appreciate that it was included in the booking. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport.
The hotel exterior and common areas inside are run down. Upon arrival there was a terrible smell coming from the trash cans at the bottom of the elevator. The smell lingered for 24 hours. When checking in, Sonia was more interested in her phone than getting me checked in and giving clear information. The carpets in the hallways are terribly dirty. The fitness room is small, not well equipped, and hot. The water fountain in the fitness room also did not work on my first visit. I appreciated the A/C in the room, but it was loud. The hotel is not conveniently located to downtown Baltimore and getting to downtown with public transport (other than Uber) is cumbersome. I feel I overpaid, but it was a busy weekend in Baltimore and hotel availability was limited.
The staff were very kind and were there to help with anything you needed and it was very clean. The free breakfast was delicious and the bed and room was cozy.
