Staff were pleasant. Rugs filthy, room smelled like cigarettes.
Pros:

Convenient and guest service was accommodating.

Cons:

They told me it was none smoking and when I mentioned how bad the room stitched and reeked of cigarettes, like it was embedded in floors and furniture they insisted that it was non smoking. I mean even the towels had the smell which I figured if they were fresh towels then why they too have the prominent smell. I feel like they knew exactly what I was complaining about and never sent anyone to investigate the issue. They should take room 400 off the reservation list until the issue is resolved. I for one can’t take 2nd smoking or the lingering of it. I was forced to stay for 2 days because of a system glitch on my end I’m sure but most certainly got out of that room the first chance I got. Please look into this, at least for kids sake.

Nice. A great little stay tucked into a quiet part of the area.
Pros:

I think the location was good. You have to do a little U turn, but it wasn't anything crazy. The bathrooms were well stocked and the room was bigger than what I thought it was going to be.

Cons:

The eggs were terrible. But everything other than that was great.

Will never stay there again.
Pros:

Limited breakfast items but they were good.

Cons:

Placed us near the main exit, space open under door and could hear everything, people coming and going, every time the main exit door opened and slammed shut. People in the parking lot that we had to walk through to get to our vehicle smoking weed, even though I had a disability parking placard the handicapped parking was in the middle of the parking lot.

Pros:

The breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, and room was very clean.

Cons:

The water pressure was a little lacking for my taste and I didnt like that one of the workers tried to touch my infant daughter.

Very decent and excellent customer service!
Pros:

Bfast, staff, accommodations all excellent!

Cons:

The gym had no bench for dumbbell chest exercises and the A/C fan in room would not stay on continuously to a little hard to sleep with it turning on and off. Also, TV would not work in room. I did not report it because not worth aggravation and didn't really have desire to watch tv. Would have just been nice for background noise. On last night of stay I checked out in the early in middle of the night to start my 14hr drive back bc they were some loud party goers who decided to come in at midnight and start acting like children. This went on to the point I just got up and left. Not hotels fault, just surprised it happened.
