Nothing, absolutely nothing.
It was dirty, unkept, things were broken and the elevator acted like it would drop us at any second. The vending machine was broken as was the second elevator. The bed was like lying on ply board covered in a sheet. Breakfast was dismal to say the least. It was generally gross and NOT worth the $95 a spent. The location is sad as well, as there’s not much to see or do aside from look at the historical buildings.
Nothing
The place smelled bad the staff weren’t even present for me to check in I waited 15 minutes for someone to come down stairs from there personal room to check in! Went to go to my car from second floor and all the emergencies exits were locked and I couldn’t get out the stairwells at all and had to use the elevator! As a survivor of a house fire I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night fear d of a fire! The pools not maintained and closed the breakfast was a joke after I just came from the Walden in pigeon Forge! All 3 of my stays were by Wyndham and all 3 were very different level of hotels
The location is prime !
The breakfast leaves A LOT to be desired. It could definitely be better, like adding some salty options, for example. The coffee was extremely watered down. The hotel itself if ok but the breakfast "buffet" was extremely lacking.
I did not like my stay here, I should have stayed at another place.
I was dirty, could not bring my bike in the room. Price for laundry soap and drink was outrageous. The breakfast was terrible.
Great location
Centrally located
Short Range of breakfast
Dirty beddings
The location was amazing!
We were long distance bikers and were told we’d pay a $250 fine if we took our bikes upstairs. We were told they’d be in a locked room. It was not.
It was fine! I don’t get all the bad reviews. It was clean, comfortable, the staff were not rude, the breakfast was quite good. Only downside was the 2nd floor ice machine was broken but you can get ice on another floor.
The facility was very clean and the rooms were as well
Only location
Dirty, in need of repairs!
Conveniently located
In need of a makeover as it’s looking tired and a bit run-down.
This was an okay stay for the most part. It was awkwardly situated in the downtown area, so getting in and out was interesting. I think we passed the entrance twice. Check in was efficient albeit not friendly. The room was okay - nothing extraordinary. They do allow pets. It was just a stopping point for us on the way to Chicago. Wouldn't stay here for an extended stay.
Location
Staff was rude to us and others we spoke to. We got locked out of the room our second day even though we paid for 2 days in advance. Breakfast was bad.
Off the highway
So dirty, under the bed was a used shaving razor, used wrappers and there was long black hairs on the “clean” sheets. So gross
Cheap
Breakfast was basically nothing, my room was not clean. Staff was not at the desk when I arrived. Entire building is super old.
Not like it used to be!
