The bathroom was dirty
Every was clean but u can tell the hotel is old and it mode in some of the bathrooms
The room was extremely cold the switch rooms but it was cold in there to and it was private to cancel and find another room so I only stay one night not the two I book I was not compensated for me and my kids being cold all night nd they didn't give us extra blanket or nothing

breakfast promotion was fake it was not a breakfast even thought they promote it.
Staff was slow and un-informative.
Bed was very basic and stiff.
Fan was very loud.
Complimentary breakfast looked like it would make me sick so we skipped.
Will not be booking there ever again it was an accidental booking at the wrong hotel.
Nothing functions properly, and it is quite unpleasant. When we needed to request a room change, it was due to the air conditioning being non-functional and the TV only offering four channels. The phone was also inoperative, which made the situation feel quite unpleasant. Most importantly, there was absolutely no Wi-Fi, and despite our inquiries, all we received was the response that it should work. However, it did not work at all.
The process of requesting a room change was very uncomfortable. I felt somewhat like a criminal, having to take pictures of everything, knowing the room was in poor condition. It was almost laughable how we were treated, especially since they are already aware of the issues with their rooms. This was a truly distressing experience for my children. As I mentioned, this was an accidental booking; we had originally intended to stay at a different hotel.
