Clean spacious rooms, quiet environment, excellent service by breakfast staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was sumptuous. Full breakfast spread with lots of items . Plenty of good coffee.

Cons:

The rude response from the lady at the bar/restaurant counter when I asked about dinner after check in. Didn't get her name.

Felt like a little bit of luxury
Pros:

The hotel was lovely. Welcoming staff, great room with a great view. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Spent a full week at the hotel and enjoyed the time there.

Cons:

The property was extremely unclean. There were stains all over the room, makeup on the bed and pillows, and hair all over the shower walls. It was absolutely disgusting. Besides being dated, some cabinets didn’t open properly, none of the outlets outside of the bathroom worked, the room curtains literally didn’t close so it was bright all night, and the shower took over 10 minutes to get warm. The staff were also not competent. I waited over an hour to get checked in and was completely forgot about after being told to wait (mind you I sat directly in front of the desk so this wouldn’t happen) and then was giving attitude when I asked if the room was ready. I also am an IHG Diamond Elite member and was not offered any of those amenities, including the parking. This was a truly terrible stay and not worth the money.

Hotel is very nice, the staff is king, but don't go to the restaurant.
Pros:

The room and location where pretty nice. The Hotel is an 8 minute walk from the Sullivan Station, that can take you basically anywhere.
The room was also quite nice, with good space and confortable beds.
I wish the shower was a bit better, I felt like it was always either too hot or too cold, but I think that was an specific issue with my shower and I chose not to bother them with it.

Cons:

The restaurant is very basic and the restaurant staff was extremly rude to me.
From the moment I sat on the bar this young lady was extremely rude, to a point that I chose to eat in my room and not to tip her. She obviously got pretty mad that I didn't tip her, so she started complaining and saying quite nasty things. I am quite sure thats why there was a hair in my food once I got to the room...
All other staff in the hotel were very kind though.

Pros:

Great location to metro. Easy to navigate from to other locations. Safe. Clean. Excellent breakfast. Great pool and gym. Taj T. Gave excellent service. Would def go back.

Great service. Clean rooms. Nice pool
Pros:

My dad and I had to book 3 different reservations because of a volleyball tournament and the workers were very understanding and patient! Rooms were nice and clean. We used the pool for team bonding and had a lot of fun with the mini basketball court and games there.

Good for what my wife and I needed but wouldn't go back there.

The entire right side of the rooms lights were not working making the room very dark. Also, the A/C-Heater was making this horrible grinding noise all night making it not very restful.

Taj is the man
Pros:

Taj is the MVP of the hotel. We arrived very early, and Taj made sure we got an early check-in, and told us he’d be at our disposal should we have any questions or need advice about the city. Two thumbs up. Thanks Taj!

Overall, the hotel was great and I would book again
Pros:

The location was perfect, the pool area with a basketball court was fun, and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

I tried to request a king bed, but unfortunately the property can not guarantee a bed size when booking rooms and I was given two double beds instead, not idea for a couples vacation.
