Everything from staff, cleanliness of room, sit down breakfast, pool.. we will be back!
Pros:

Relaxing weekend trip away with 3 year old niece. Pool was amazing! All staff we came in contact with was very friendly..always had a smile and would engage in conversation with a very excited 3 year old that had never stayed at a motel before. Room was very clean and nice! Microwave is perfect addition to the room also. Thank you!!

Cons:

Cant think of anything...everything was great!

Probably would not stay there again. I need a shower on a rope in bathroom, way better bed is needed plus noise is bd
Pros:

Location & stag were good. Breakfast was very good. The women in the restaurant, essentially the young lady manager was fantastic! Not a buffet so that was great. Hot customer breakfast

Cons:

Dingy looking halls. My room 327 was noisy from other guests . Doors slamming in the night woke me at least 3 times after midnight. The king bed is old. You could roll of either side it was so bad.

Perfect in every sense
Pros:

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in a very long while. Though fireside inn allowed pets it couldn’t compare to the comfort, cleanliness nor excellent hospitality of the Best Western plus. Down pillows and a perfect bed. The breakfast was such a bonus! Highly recommend adding the corned beef hash for a wonderful upgrade! So delicious and homemade.

Overall a good stay!
Pros:

Location is fabulous. Within a short drive or walk from some restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is great! O’Brians has good service and has hearty food. The room was comfortably sized.

Cons:

Our refrigerator was not cleaned well. There was a bottle of lemonade left in it that we threw away and there was an odd smell in it. The elevator smelled odd as well as the area by door 3. Almost a cannabis smell but there was no one around to have been responsible for the smell. Just odd.

Got what I paid for!
Pros:

Easy access from the interstate. Staff were pleasant and the restaurant food was great. The room was clean and well stocked with toiletries and clean towels.

Cons:

The lobby was not clearly marked, had to walk around the property to finally find it. The pillows were not very firm and the mattress was too firm, woke up with a back ache. The tub faucet dripped all night.
