Worth the money, and would definitely go back.
Pros:

Rooms were great, beds very very comfortable. All very clean. A/C was nice and cold and worked fast. Didn't use the shower so cant talk about hot water or water pressure. Location. Had dinner and went bowling with the kids without getting in the car. The front desk was great. There was a mix-up about my security deposit after I checked out so they called me to come back and get cash (was originally thought to be on my credit card). They had the cash waiting for me.

Cons:

The common areas need restoration. The lobby and hallways are old and shabby. The rooms themselves were great, but at first impression I was worried what the rooms would be like. The pool needs resurfacing and is not heated, so pretty cold.

There was a truck tanker with gasoline that tipped over in their parking lot and they wouldn’t refund me when I told them the smell was too much to handle. They were rude during check in and check out

We will not stay at Wyndham hotels in the future.
Pros:

The location was close to where I needed to be. Parking was convenient. Snack machines were well stocked. The Mexican restaurant was convenient. The person at the front desk was nice.

Cons:

The bottom sheet of the bed was oil stained. I asked the front desk to replace it, which was quickly done. Point is: that sheet should have been destroyed because of the oil stain. The room had sugar ants in the bathtub, sink our bed, on the furniture and the floors. There is a metal box under the bed that made a drum-like noise whenever we got out of bed or into bed when we'd contact it with our feet. Because the metal box is directly under the frame of the bed it was not possible to enter or exit the bed without hitting it. The walls are very thin between rooms and the sound from the TV and loud voices was very annoying. The Wifi wouldn't connect, so no service.

Awful, they knew about the cable TV issues but choosing not to fix it.

There was lots ants in the bathroom. The cable TV reception was terrible. The TV reception would freeze over and over.

It's a dive. Stay somewhere else.
Pros:

It had a bed. Not much more. It was a dive.

Cons:

The entire place was run down. Cosmetic nightmare. Rude women at check in. Would not let us check in early even though our room was ready. We had to waste time around town. Annoying.

We were glad to have a clean room and be greeted with friendly staff.

The Staff was friendly.
The Room looked pretty clean.
The Bed was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The smelled like sour milk.
No Shampoo in dispenser.
Hair Dryer didn’t work.

Breakfast that was provided had:
Bread & English muffins but toaster barely worked(warmed the muffin with a lot of time). Butter, jelly, peanut butter, provided.
Juice machine that filled a 1/2 small cup with multiple tries and tasted real bad, I dumped it in the trash.
No fruit

Cons:

Neither of the bedside lamps worked. There was a puddle on the floor from the AC. There was a hole about an inch in diameter on the inside wall of the tub. Nearly every channel of TV kept freezing and made movie watching very frustrating.
