Pros:

The room is decently clean and have the right bed types as ordered. Very close to many restaurants and the place is like right in the heart of downtown. Close to a supermarket as well.

Cons:

The initial room offered has many broken things in them that we have to switch to another room the next day. Lack of hangers and necessities such as lotion is a big minus.

O hotel tem uma boa localização, ótima limpeza e o banheiro bem espaçoso se comparado com outros hotéis, mas fica em uma área bastante movimentada, em meio ao comércio, o que pode ser um pouco inconveniente. Os vendedores abordam os turistas com frequência, o que acaba sendo incômodo. Outro ponto negativo é que táxis e carros de aplicativo, como Uber, não conseguem chegar diretamente à entrada do hotel. Apesar desses detalhes, a localização é prática para quem deseja explorar a região.

Zentrale Lage in Lissabon!
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt von Lissabon. Alle drei wichtigen U-Bahn Stationen (blau, rot und grün)und Straßenbahn Stationen (Tram 28) sind in 2-3min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren für ein Stadthotel groß und geräumig, sowie gut isolierte Fenster.

Cons:

Parkplätze sind nicht direkt im Hotel vorhanden. Man parkt in einem der öffentlichen Parkhäuser. Diese sind sehr teuer und es verkompliziert die Anreise mit dem eigenen Auto.
Die Kissen im Zimmer waren sehr unbequem.
Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber nichts außergewöhnliches.

Pros:

O hotel tinha uma localização ótima; era só atravessar a rua e já se encontravam cafés e lugares turísticos. Os atendentes foram muito simpáticos e compreensíveis e nos ajudaram bastante durante a estadia. O quarto estava limpo e muito bem organizado e ainda deixaram alguns mimos para a gente, gostei muito da experiência.

Nice stay overall once inside the hotel.

The location was central but there were some unsavoury people hanging about and fighting.
