Super comfortable stay in the center of Lisbon
Pros:

I loved the room and how comfortable the space in the hotel was. Staff was very friendly as well!

Cons:

I wish they had a gym! and the area surrounding the hotel has some sketchy personalities. I didn't feel 100% safe walking at night.. however, it wasn't terrible and the location is truly great. Very close to stores, plazas, boulevard, really great.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man von hier aus in etwa 15 Minuten direkt am Tejo ist. Schokolade, Wasser, Tee und Kaffee gab es jeden Tag kostenlos. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Lage ist gut, doch das Viertel direkt vor der Tür leider schwierig, da sehr viele Drogenabhängige sich dort Tag und Nacht aufhalten. Das ist leider weniger ein Problem des Hotels, als der Stadt Lissabon. Diebesgut und Drogen werden offen verkauft. Für die Gesamtsituation etwas unangenehm, auch wenn es nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat. Aber sicherlich für Alleinreisende ein Kriterium. Das Frühstück hätte 15 Euro gekostet, was wir etwas zu viel für die Auswahl fanden. Wer mit einem Mietwagen kommt sollte sich vorher über die Parkmöglichkeiten informieren. Einige Schritte entfernt kann man ab 19 Uhr bis 9 Uhr kostenlos parken. Tageshöchstsatz sind 20 Euro. Das Parkhaus, dass mit dem Hotel einen Deal hat, kostet 30 Euro am Tag. Etwas laufen lohnt sich daher.

Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione

Cons:

Alcune cose in camera non funzionavano( phon, ventola del bagno) e nonostante le ripetute richieste i problemi non sono stati risolti.La camera era veramente piccola x 3 persone adulte e l’armadio era assolutamente inadeguato. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumorosità perché la camera era all’interno dello stabile

Schönes Hotel, nettes Personal, gute Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten nur eine Nacht gebucht - es war alles super. Wir hatten einen frühe Anreise, so konnten wir schon eher einchecken und hatten auch die Möglichkeit unsere Koffer im Luggage Room aufzubewahren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr central, alles fußläufig super zu erreichen.

Decent place to stay
Pros:

Central location, rooms are very decent and clean, beds are really good

Cons:

Located in a small, poor looking street that didn’t feel the safest. Interior design of the lobby/reception area really cheap to my opinion. Definitely not a boutique due to that.
