Pros:

Fantastic location and easily within walking distance to anything you would need, restaurants, shops, museums, market and coast line. Really great staff, happy to help book things and with recommendations of things to do and where to eat.

Cons:

Rooms aren't very sound proof, you can hear people in the corridor. Very minimal street noise when the windows are closed though.

Pros:

The hotel itself is good if you don’t mind busy area , room is comfortable .we are on second floor above pedestrians street but when window is closed it’s quiet.

Cons:

Location is on the street that not allowed cars to get to hotel to pick up. We have to go to the other street to wait for Uber, not too far but not convenient if you have heavy luggage.

Normale hotel.
Pros:

La posizione nonostante nella piazza adiacente sia pieno di barboni e accattoni. Non rompono le scatole però colpisce

Cons:

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti e la camera non è stata rifatta. Inoltre prenotato per 3 persone ( 2 adulti e bimbo) e vi era solo il letto matrimoniale.
Tutto sommato non è un 4 stelle.

Średni hotel w dobrej lokalizacji
Pros:

Hotel jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji -w samym centrum i blisko spacerem do atrakcji. Sam hotel raczej rozczarowujący - pokoje malutkie, słabo wygłuszone - słychać wszystko z korytarza i przez ściany. Panie, które przywitały nas w hotelowej recepcji nie były specjalnie przyjazne. Na drugiej zmianie z rana już obsługa bardzo ok :-) W nocy przyjaciół obudził smród rozchodzący się z kanalizacji - był tak intensywny, że nie dało się spać. W recepcji bez problemu zmienili pokój informując, że w tej lokalizacji czasami zdarzają się problemy z kanalizacją (w naszym pokoju smrodu nie było, drugi, który przyjaciele dostali w środku nocy też był ok). Według mnie hotel jest niezły, ale za tę cenę spodziewałam się czegoś lepszego.

Great location, beautiful hotel, beyond amazing staff, rooms lack functionality features

It was aesthetically pleasing and the employees were absolutely amazing

Cons:

There were a lot of things broken/loose - hook on the back of the door, gaps in the wood planks on the floor. The steps were at different heights. The property is very pretty but lacks functionality - no where to put the hand soap

Great hotel right in the centre of Lisbon within walking distance of everything.
Pros:

Lovely big room which was very clean and a fantastically comfortable big bed 👍

Could do with a shelf in the bathroom as nowhere to put your own toiletries.

Not worth the money, located in a sketchy area surrounded by people who made us feel very unsafe.
Pros:

The room itself is nice and clean.

Cons:

Terrible experience, honestly. While the hotel is near Rossio Square, the specific street it’s on felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. There were many homeless people and suspicious groups gathered around, to the point where none of us felt safe walking alone.

On top of that, we chose this hotel specifically because it advertised having parking. In reality, we had to pay an extra 30 Euro per day for a public parking garage. This was misleading and very frustrating. A very disappointing stay—I wouldn't recommend it.
