There air conditioning wasn’t working so it was so hot! They moved us once to a different room but it wasn’t any better! It was of coarse 100 degrees outside!
Very unhappy!
Booked several weeks in advance. Arrive about 10:30 pm on a hot July night. Front desk attendant gave us keys and told us to check our room before we even checked into the hotel. She said some rooms were air-conditioning problems. The first room we went to was stuffy so we went back to the front desk to complete check-in and ask for a . She then gave us keys to a different room and we went there. It was hotter than the first room, plus had a (bullet ?) hole in the wall.
Apparently many of the air conditioning units in the rooms do not work. They did not give us a hassle on getting a refund, butwe had to book a new hotel at 11 PM in a town. We are not familiar with.
Location
The air conditioning wasn’t working. Room was very warm, uncomfortable for sleeping. Restaurant was closed for same reason. Breakfast consisted of dry pastries in the lobby. Coffee urn was empty and we were told by the reception desk staff (only one person available ) they were too busy to make more coffee.
I liked the location and the restaurant.

The heater air conditioner in room was taken apart and laying on the floor. Bathroom sink had metal shavings residue

Staff was pretty unimpressive. Room wasn’t really clean. Microwave in the bathroom.
The beds are very comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location
The HDMI cord kept breaking up and the show would not stay on. the gentleman at the front was wonderful he came up he came and fixed it, because maintenance never did. after that we are heading to bed at 10:00 there was a lot of noise in the hall. I waited until 10:45 to call down to the front desk. there was a sweet singleta party as well as softball tournaments. I called down there they said that they would try to have someone come up to let them know that it is quiet time now. well at 11 it did not work, because they were still running around the halls, yelling and laughing, grabbing ice as groups down the halls. I myself even tried to asked them myself to please quiet down.. and then after that, I got locked out of my room in my pajamas, so I had my daughter go downstairs and grab a new key. she came back with a key from the lady at the desk. it did not work. so she had to go back down there to grab a different key, and she yelled at my daughter because I was not with her, but I was literally in a t-shirt and underwear and she said I am not getting you another key, and you should not even be down here without an adult, your not 18. she said the reason why I'm down here is because my mom is locked out of our room. Then she she can come down here get it. The rooms was tidy and clean. also, there was definitely wear and tear on some of the things that could have been updated, but overall I don't think it was worth the money that I paid.
