Complete disaster, by far worst experience I have had.
Pros:

The location to canal park and airport

Cons:

The disaster of the room we were given, had to downgrade. Still working on compensation. Nothing worked pools were down, ice machines busted, we couldn’t shower in Our original room due to clogged tub and destroyed shower head. We had to downgrade just to stay. We paid for a premium room with a view accommodations, only to be given the standard accommodation with an absolutely appalling view. I have gotten no refund of difference at the moment. I have pictures videos and conversations with all parties. I want to be reimbursed for this terrible stay!!!

Very bad experience. Will not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

We did not have a good experience at this hotel

Cons:

Extremely loud AC, fire alarm started beeping at 3 am disturbing our sleep, no exhaust in bathroom, overpowering strong scent in hallways. Very expensive for the service offered.

Pros:

The pool was great! It was so nice being literal steps away from the pool for quick and easy access. The suite part of the room was also very nice and a great space to hangout in after our children went to bed.

Cons:

The bathroom, where the toilet and shower/tub are located, was a little cramped and sometimes hard to maneuver around in when I was helping my child in the bathroom. Having the light switch on the outside of the bathroom was inconvenient as well.

Great location to visit family running the Ragnar race and do some shoppping and lake walk.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. When I called about our room we had a maintenance person come quickly to assist with the cooling of the room and bring a fan. They were able to answer questions, and also give us a late checkout time due to our plans changing slightly. Thank you also for complimentary parking.

Cons:

Our room smelled like bleach when we arrived, and very humid and warm. It was a pool side room, which I will never do again. Kinda gross feeling with the humidity. Maintenance did come and assist with the warmth but our bedding and the floors felt sticky and humid. A water dispenser in the lobby would have been nice to be able to refill water bottles also. The room felt a bit dark also despite several lights.

Please put people without kids in rooms AWAY from the pool!

Cons:

Having a room surrounding the pool with kids that screamed from 8 am to 10 pm was NOT enjoyable. You should have a specific time for adults only and enforce it! The hot tub at that pool was only lukewarm, apparently to make it kid friendly. The other hot tub was not working. For $400 a night, I think breakfast should be included. None of the electrical outlets on the lamps in the room worked. Most hotels provide a suitcase stand or two in the room - our room had none.

Beware: Hot Tub / Pool always "not currently working"
Pros:

Every time I stay here, they say the hot tub isn't working. Unacceptable that they don't inform you of this before you check in.

A few small changes could have made it an excellent place to stay.

Great location, and has a number of ammenities

Cons:

Pool was to cold to use and had to much chlorine in it. Restaurants were under staffed. Booking.com messed up our reservation and the staff at the hotel had a ton of confusion trying to help navigate it.
