Very unsatisfied for the price off season
Pros:

Not much bed was comfortable

Cons:

Pillows smelled like body odor, room was dark. Poolside room which did not ask for was noisey. Staff was uneducated. Elevator slow. Too far from elevator. No continental breakfast which said there was online.
