Nobody was attending the desk when we arrived, no signage to let us know they would be back soon, took about 5 minutes before someone showed up. We were promptly given room keys. The lobby looked real nice, but the hallways had very old dirty worn carpet. When we got into our room, there was no lighting by the door entrance, you couldn't even see in the room. The furniture was definitely dated and worn, the office chair was so worn you could feel the frame right through it. The toilet was like the slowest flush and the water would come up almost to the top before going slowly down. The TV would not connect up. We called the front desk and they said they would be right down. We waited almost an hour before we went to the front desk in person, the lady played around with it and got it to come on. That lasted about 15 minutes and it kept going out. We asked for another room and moved all our stuff. This room was the same, the toilet was a little better and the TV worked. The beds are pretty firm, maybe a little too firm.They leave a 3/4 roll of toilet paper and no spare. (Thank goodness we travel with a spare) Ran out in the middle of the night.🫤 The breakfast was sub par, a few apples, a couple of sugar cereals, white breads, little packaged blueberry muffins. The juices didn't taste very good at all. It really wasn't a very positive experience for us.

The room wasn’t clean, I usually stay here a lot but this time the room wasn’t clean it had a poop streak on the floor of the bathroom.

When u walk in you expected to be a nice hotel but once you get inside and head towards your room, that's different floors are nasty walls are dirty. Once I arrived in my room obviously my room was not finished being cleaned or was cleaned in properly no trash bags in the room were left toilet was still dirty with toilet paper in it found open uneaten food, and a floss and the nightstand. I'm very disappointed. The only reason I stayed with you is because I had surgery the very next morning we didn't get to experience what they called breakfast, but everything appeared to be out of order. We went to the restaurant, took a while to get service just to get drinks because there was no vending machines. I'd love to hear from someone and get a refund. I could have taken more images but this will give u an idea

It is unsafe. Our neighboring room yelled at us when my baby girl cried for a minute while we changed her diaper. It was traumatic for my kids because I believe some guests are drugged and tend to even kick our door and bang it loudly, which scared us. The front desk responded and assured our safety, but the neighboring room partied until 2 am, and it was we who did not sleep well due to their noise and fear that they would do something. Our room is even the upgraded one, but sadly, we feel like we are in the most dangerous and unsafe room.

We woke up to go use the bathroom in the middle of the night and there was ants everywhere in our bed and everything. We had to change rooms at 2:00 am they didn't even help us. I am disabled and we had a lot of equipment we had to move to the other room

The floor in the hallway was filthy. The room ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex. I also needed more towels. When I called the front desk, I was asked to bring the used towels to the desk, and I could get everything because she was at the desk alone. It was 7am. I got to the desk, and she was talking to another coworker. The morning of, the housekeeper was banging on our door as we were packing our things to leave. She kept screaming, are you checking out several times. Then we get to the desk, there is no one there to check us out. That is a terrible time to leave the desk. There was 3 people waiting at the desk. A few of us left our key and left. I will choose another place to spend my money next time.
