Very welcoming & clean
There’s nothing not to like, everything and all the staff was wonderful!
The breakfast was good. Seating could have been better as it was tight and pretty full. It is in a good location.
Dinner service could have been better but we understood as there was only 1 waitress on staff so we had a pizza delivered instead.
Nice hot breakfast and the complimentary drinks was the absolute best part of my stay.
The pool area could have been more cooler. It was was very hot and muggy.

I love that it’s only one entry! Check in was easy and the staff was super friendly! The hotel was very inviting and comfortable I like that it had set ups where your guests could sit and talk and enjoy the hotel vibe! They had a lot of activity’s inside the hotel, if we didn’t have an event to attend we would have never left! They had a cook to order breakfast was nothing short of amazing! They had a cook was super friendly and he had the most calming voice 🥰 and demeanor ♥️ will def stay here every time!
The City View is not a city View! It’s just looking out the parking lot! Paid extra for a view that everyone else can enjoy for cheap! And they didn’t have pre bagged ice in Lobby

The food was great. The bar was great. The security was wonderful.
The rest. It was dirty and nasty. The hallway was gross. There was shit on the floor in pool. The elevator had dropped silverware that was not picked up. Food on the floor inbthe elevator. The drawers had to be wiped down before clothes could go inside it and the heated pool was not heated at all
Mold in shower ,carpet not vacuumed in a long while with left over cupcake sprinkles all over the floor . Shower curtain had a lot of black mold along the bottom . Microwave had crumbs around it and room dusty . When we checked in there was an empty glass outside of door …hotel not even close to be full and we are put at end farthest away from elevator and closest to busy highway . 10 parking fee
