An embarrassment to the Travelodge and Wyndham name! Dirty, smelly, poorly maintained....

The main walkways/hallways were stained and in need of repairs. The room was clean, but the shower didn't work well and had quite a bit of rust in the water. We were also disappointed to find out that not only was the sauna not working, but the hot tub was not hot either. The pool was nearly a foot low and the water was actually warmer than the hot tub. It's ok if you're passing trough i suppose.

It needs a lot of TLC, when water was first turned on it was brown. The beds were very comfortable.

The place was filthy! The ceiling in the lobby was in need of repair. The hallways, stairwells, and bathrooms were all dirty. The mirror in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. The workers were friendly enough but it was a dirty place. We had an event to go to so I didn’t think to take pictures. We definitely will not stay there again.

The bathroom in our room was not clean the toilets seat was broken but other than that it was ok

Toilet in our room was broken and kept having to reset it in the tank. Hallway carpets had gross stains. Carpet in room had gross stains and room smelled weird.

The bathroom was dirty, the heat did not work in main area. The staff spoke vas hard to understand. Parking was good

Almost didn't stay due to other reviews. Glad we did. Great location, awesome pool, bed was good.
Drawbacks were slow checking, no breakfast, and no blow dryer. Would definitely stay again.

Easy check-in, staff was terrific, clean room and comfy bed!

Clean

Got to the hotel and went to the door we go to and there was a group of guys there right at the entrance cooking on the grill they were there for hours and hours right at the entrance. There was no screen on the window the window opened all the way up. A guy slept in his car right outside our window all night but very uneasy and it was really creepy I was not comfortable. There is only two pillows on a king size bed spider webs the floor corners, stained towels marks on pillow cases. The microwave was black inside. It was just horrible

There were men sleeping out in the parking lot in their vehicles several of them. I opened my windows this morning, and one man was looking in my window from his vehicle. The floors were disgusting, even though they had coffee in the room. There was no coffee pot. There was dirt all over the walls in the door in the bathroom. My girlfriend slept out in the vehicle half the night because she was afraid of getting bedbugs. It was disgusting. I hated it. I would’ve left if there was something else available.

Badly managed property. Overcharge at check-in, failed hairdryer, missing shampoo. Avoid if you can.

Just passing thru Gaylord and needed a place for one night (Friday). Easy booking with Expedia, check in was fast and efficient with friendly staff! Location was right in center of business district which made for easy dinner, gas up and extra supplies from grocery store. Facility is older but owners have it well maintained. Plenty of parking room! I will use this travel lodge again!!!

The room was clean and comfortable, but the hallways were a disaster ready for demolition. The carpets were severely stained and not vacuumed in a long while. The walls and doors marked dented. I was ready to go elsewhere when we opened the door to the hallway. but decided to stay because it was late and at lease our room was clean. I did move my car to a spotlight and a camera worried something might happen.

It was late and we needed to sleep, came into the room after we talked about if we even felt safe enough to stay there. The room smelled unclean and when we started looking for bed bugs (we do this everywhere) we noticed that the bed sheet looked slept upon and there was what appeared to be blood on the sheet, also on the curtains. I went and asked for a return in my money after showing him pictures of the bed/probable blood stain, but since it was booked by a third party he was unable to do so. He gave us a different room, it was marginally better and we were exhausted so we slept in our clothes and left as soon as we woke up early the next morning.

The hotel needs some TLC. Great indoor swimming pool area. Lots of room for swimming & room for kids to play. The man checking you out was also cleaning the rooms. The Wi-Fi didn't work most of the time. I used a different Wi-Fi.

A few things I would state, the rooms, the hallways, the lobby are in DIRE NEED OF DEEP CLEANING!! The hard to reach places need a hard cleaning, and could we do something about better cord hiding.
