Wouldn’t come back!
Cons:

The windows were so dirty that you couldn’t even see the river! There wasn’t breakfast! Like it said online!

positively had a place to say at an affordable cost. The beds were comfortable as shower was hot.
Pros:

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. I asked for a late checkout and was granted one at noon. I also requested to have a riverfront view and it was approved. The staff was helpful however they were understaffed.

Cons:

Hallways smelled like weed. Pool lights were not working. Hot tub was not hot. The room had a half roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls I had to ask for them. The room did not have any blankets or sheets or pillows for the pullout couch. The hallways were loud at night. The hotel was understaffed. There was no breakfast option. The TV did not work.

Decent place. Just needs some upkeep.
Pros:

It’s on the river. With very nice patio the over looks it. Not a lot of traffic in the area.

Cons:

The patio was closed for the season, couldn’t even get outside to look at the river view. And the rooms were very dirty.

The stay was mid. Would have been a little more acceptable if the price was lower.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Clean the room better. Crumbs on the floor and counter tops. Hair in the shower. 2 dead bugs. One on the floor in the entryway, and one on the AC unit. Requested a 2 hour early check in which was denied. I showed up 2 hours early to an empty parking lot and waited. There was no TV remote in the room. Pool was closed, elevator wasn't working.

Disappointed for sure!
Pros:

Location was very good.

Cons:

Hotel rooms and halls very dirty. Odors..Also we were unable to sleep due to guests partying in next room and hallway.. Lack of security. No restaurant and stale bagels for breakfast.. no juice or other beverage options. I travel to Grand Rapids area often and for sure would not recommend this Hotel! Paid top dollar and got a dump.
