A very dirty facility in need of major work
Pros:

staff friendly

Cons:

advertised with restaurant and bar had neither. Pool area dirty, rooms dirty needing lots of repair our room has things hanging off of wall one bed broke

They discriminate against handicapped people
Pros:

Our request for a handicapped room was denied and we were given the farthest possible room on the top floor because they decided that handicapped people have been taking advantage of their handicapped rooms for too long and the buck stopped with Glenn Moore, the so called “manager.” when we complained we were kicked out, but only after being bullied for having one leg,

Cons:

They kicked us out for wanting a handicapped room where my boyfriend would be able to shower. They refused to give us our money back even though we didn’t stay and in fact charges us two and a half times the amount and when I tried disputing it with my credit card they lied and I can’t get my money back.

Room was very good. Was a little disappointed that some of the property amenities were unavailable

front desk staff at check in and overnight was helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming.
Am staff was altogether different... was unfriendly and seemed inconvenienced by my request for change for the laundry.

Cons:

AM staff had an attitude problem
Whirlpool and pool were not available to use. Front desk attendant had informed me that Whirlpool and the pool were open. But fortunately when I went down there the Whirlpool was roped off....pool was tecnically open, but filter was not running and looked to be dirty.

I WONT GO BACK
Pros:

The beds was comfortable. The pool wasn't to cold. The staff at the front desk was nice

Cons:

It was dirty. The staff like housekeepers were ignorant. The door was jammed and hardly worked the whole time. There was lots of rust by pool not sure if its ok.

OK for a quick stay
Pros:

Location was easy to find. Asked for a crib and they brought one right up.

Cons:

Pool was freezing, they had a water slide but it wasn't open. Lighting was horrible in the pool area. Hot tub was luke warm and the jets weren't not that good. Restaurant and bar were both closed for remodel. You had to check out towels for the pool and return them to the front desk.
